I still think a lot of it is down to fitness and confidence. You could see the DCL of old the last two matches.

I don’t agree.  Like many at the club he has been in a state of idleness. It’s took the power of the fans to spark life into players.   The fans may have reinvigorated his desire for the club cos I haven’t seen it for a while.

I don’t agree with the conspiracy theorists in here. I don’t think there’s a plan for us to be sent down at all cost. We are where we are because of poor performances. 
 
What I do believe though is referees are shit scared to make big decision against the big boys. Rodri’s handball etc. But this isn’t something new. United under Fergie it was the same it’s just changed to City and Liverpool. The two strongest sides. 

Think it was more about how he went about it than the claim itself but I get what ya mean.

Very odd in post match interview, lampard looked gutted and seriously worried, fans crying and DCL was smiling away. Thought he did ok tbf tailed off but not feeling that he’s fully engaged.
