Christ. I like Gueye but can we not pretend he's a better player than Pogba. It makes us look silly.

Glad to see the Clev not there. What an absolute toilet of a footballer he is.

Koeman's probably seen Valencia in training and realised he's made a big mistake.

I'm only going to count one of his goals tonight. Later in the season it'll actually be held against him that he scored more than one in this game.

difference between "american english" and "english english" then. lashing in american is whipping, as in slavery.
thanks for the clarification, will remember that in the future.
apologies Eric.

Eric reacted to Newty82 in Aiden McGeady
I'm fully agreeing with AidanLewis here (Photo moment!!!). He said sorry...so that's fair enough.
The kopite stuff. I disagree more with that than any joke that can be selectively decided as offensive depending on who says it.
I remember MC coming on board (sorry to bring you up!!!). He had a similar way as Eric. He was also labelled a Kopite etc, even when he said he had a season ticket he wasn't believed. Point being...some people just post in certain ways and then 'grow' into the forum. MC did. Many think he is a good poster these days.
I just think there is a bit of a 'pack' attitude on the forum sometimes. And there's no need...it's a good little forum, has a bit of everything, but needs new members to keep it fresh.
EDIT: You'll also notice another similarity between MC and Eric...the love of Kev Mirallas!!!

I'd say in terms of output he's one of the more consistent wingers in the league. -

Another detailed response. Are all those other guys hopeless on their wrong foot as well? Must be I guess.
Oh, and he's got 11 with his head; better strike rate than Vardy, Kane, Aguero, Rooney and Messi but not as good as Ronaldo.
Pompous knickers? How very mature, resort to insult when proven wrong, it's common among kids I remember.

Eric reacted to Bearveton in My debut for Everton
Hi all,
I became a toffee when I came to Liverpool to see my friends in 2004. Some where Liverpool fans, some Everton (and one Tranmere) but the Everton blokes were nicer blokes so they took me to Everton vs Middlesbrough in September 2004. Everton won 1-0. I have been an Evertonian since that day.
Five years ago I moved from my home country Australia to Hong Kong. I recently found out about the Everton supporters team and have recently joined. It was a great honour to play my first competitive match playing wearing the famous Everton shirt. Unfortunately we lost 2-1 to Spurs but loved the experience of wearing the badge.
The team was very respectful wearing black arm bands and holding a minutes silent for the young lady and fan who recently passed on.
I made a short video highlights of my touches (including my two bad ones!) in this video. We are hoping for a good season ahead!
