DCL put in a complete CF performance today and any other time that’s a nailed on MotM but thought Holgate gets it for putting in a performance like that in his first ever game as a CM , even before you take into account it was at Old Trafford 

Had Kean took a swing at Ferguson when he came off, I would have given it to him but, joking aside, the MotM has to be Dominic Calvert-Lewin for me. He really put a shift in and let the Man Utd defence know they were not going to get an easy ride. Such a versatile player for us.
Special mention to Mason Holgate; did well in midfield. 
 

Eto'o is a known prick though and not a leader.
Ibra is a leader. He's confident and a competitor, and you can tell that he brings out the best in others (or at least expects it). Eto'o was nowhere near the level that Ibra is now when he came here. It would be a gamble for sure, but if the price is right then it would be one worth taking.

I can understand people wanting Silva to carry on a couple of weeks or so ago, but I don’t understand why people wanted Ferguson out of the club some weeks ago. 
He’s always been a passionate Evertonian and wanted the best for the club, and the last 3 years have not been down to him, he never picked the team or tactics.

However it doesn’t take away from the fact that it was an horrific performance from him yesterday and it’s quite clear he cost us the game

Its not a which hunt , he was just shite. Games gone now and we go again. As Palfy said in another thread, he still starts at Castle Grey Skull on Wednesday night due to his form in the games prior to Leicester , just hope he puts his boots on the right feet this time

Last week that was true. But as fans we did to be big enough to admit when players deserve credit. Yesterday Sidibe did very well and was one of the better players.
My opinion is never personal. I love Everton before any player. If a player does well for us, that’s great... whatever his name is.
unfortunately it works both ways. So Davies has to take the criticism as well. 

It's a shame we're having to talk about this because he's played well recently, and as a team we were doing well yesterday - nice and compact, organised and stopping Leicester while still being a threat ourselves. But his mistakes cost us the game really, so it is what it is. 
He'll know it himself so hopefully he doesn't let it get him down and he follows what he does if he misplaces a pass - he goes again and makes himself available for the next pass.
