Started 2 year ago. After 13 years as a Store Manager for Boots, was about to turn 40 and shit the bed. Like...if I don't do anything now, I'll be sat here in years to come looking back with regret. How could I then pass onto my boys, grandkids etc that you can do whatever you want in life and all that if I'd never had the balls to do it myself?
Took the plunge. Quit the job. Started from fresh with no clients, no leads, no contacts and quite simply grafted my arse off!!! It hasn't at all been easy. It's not an easy industry. But so fuckin rewarding when you see the impact you can have on people's daily lives, confidence, belief...the lot.
Anyway, enough about that. I'll shut up now and crack on with Everton 😂

some bargains that instantly pop to mind is Arteta, Cahill, Pienaar, Barry, Tarks, Gana.
you have just got to keep away from your Delph type signings. 
That's the realy skill, finding the value 'players' that others maybe don't see.
I could scout a 'Gylf' type for £45m.  there's a player who seems to be doing really well, go spend loads of money on him.
Plenty of bargains come in to the Prem every season. we need to get very good at spotting these.

Having saved us twice he should definitely get next season before anyone pushes the panic button. Some solid new signings and no more points deductions would mean the coaching staff can concentrate on the playing side and I would hope we would see definite improvement. Whatever he and the players have said the off field issues must have taken their toll - they certainly have on the supporters.

I didn't say you had. I'm pointing out that it's a factor that also played a part in making this season harder than it needed to be. Despite that we should be sitting on 12th. 12th! Again, not good enough long term but a massive improvement on the previous 2 years despite the shit run.
No,based on the last few years, few of our remaining fixtures were "expected to win" games going on recent times. Absolutely expected to wins back in the 80s tough, just a shame we've only really got 2-3 really good players.

If you haven't watched the tv series Fargo, you're doing it wrong.
Finally got around to watching season 5 that came out late last year, and it is absolutely stunning. Every season (maybe with the exception of 4) has been a masterclass in storytelling, and I cannot recommend enough.

I appreciate the effort he put in and how difficult it is to play your first start alone up top. 
While he didn’t do anything particular great, he went about his business in a mature way and showed a few glimpses of potential.
He looks strong. His effort when he lifted it over the keeper showed his confidence in his ability. It was offside and he got it wrong, but he used his strength to get the chance and calmness to lift the ball.
I would really like to see more of him these last few games.
