I didn't think this deserved its own thread so thought i'd plonk it here. But I saw this in the chants section on BBC's Sports quotes of the week

"Walk off, walk off, with your head in your hands, 'cos you'll ne-ver win the league, you'll ne-ver win the league."

Boro fans' adaptation of You'll Never Walk Alone to Liverpool.(Dan B, England).

Made me laugh anyway

I'm sat in a public library waiting for my car to be fixed. Took it in for two new tyres and to investigate a bit of a noise and it's ending up costing me £580. All the brakes/shocks are pretty much fucked.

Happy days...three hours to kill and it's raining :( .

Got the last of my exams done at school for now too, I've just had the results back from my last test this year which I did surprisinly well in. 68/69. I just have to do some coursework for about three subjects and then back to some end of year testing. It all seems to be on track for once, I got my progress report and it all seems good. College looking good at the moment :)

Presentation out of the way, didn't go too badly either. Just 2 assignments and 3 exams til I'm finished at Uni. Shit.

Good to hear mate, hope that Uni ends well :)

The thought of the end of uni is fairly terrifying isn't it. When I finished my BA I had no clue what I wanted to do, so I fucked off around the world for 9 months! Then I decided that what I really wanted to do is go back to uni. Now I'm coming to the end of that again.... maybe i'll just go travelling again? Hmmm, no real chance of getting a job..

That is exactly my position. I haven't even got an idea of what to do next.

I quite like the look of the new Nicholas Cage film, Knowing. I reckon I might go and see it when it comes out later this month.

Anyone else like the look of it?

Is that the one where he predicts catastrophes with numbers? Thought the idea seemed lifted slightly from the numbers thing in lost. It looked an entertaining piece though, think i'll probably wait for the DVD though.

Ergh I feel so sick today. Hopefully having a hotdog at the game will settle my stomach rather than make me throw up  .

Hangover  ?

And Paul I'm looking forward to the new Transformers film, Josh loved the last one and I (being a good dad) always found time to sit and watch it with him.

THIS had nothing to do with it B) .

I'm just getting over my illness, I got injected at school and I'm just getting back to normal now, I would say have some curry and chips from the chipshop across from the church, they do the best one's over there. I used to have a hotdog when I was little and we parked on Stanley Park, nowadays its curry and chips. I hope that the game today will make you feel better and give you something to cheer about :)

I felt a sudden need to post the randomest smiley I could find.

I love curry and chips but if I do throw up I don't fancy it being curry coloured tbh. I always just get something from inside the ground anyway.

Unfortunately not Mike, that would make it worthwhile. I just woke up this morning with my stomach feeling very off.

I'm looking foreward to the new Transformers film, for the same reasons as you Mike. It's funny how I knew what the link would be before I even clicked it :P It wasn't a badly done film either, I have it on DVD there. I'll be going to see the second one thats for sure. The visual effects are awesome, the aircraft carrier and the bridge being blown up looks really really good. They seem to have done it all in the short time too, Bay's done a great job.

I'm having haggii for lunch

Haggii? Is that like Haggis?
