I don't believe there hasn't been a day out of for as long as I can recall going back far enough where I haven't lost my shit about something, or in other words - there has not been one day in like the last 10 years or more where I haven't got mad about something, it's not nice living like this, but I feed off my emotions, keeps me on edge even, hope those damn sessions we see some end product and all but it's mainly talking.

(And) Only posh people in affluent areas have hedge trimmers, bit of showing off going on methinks. shaking fist.png

I've decided to extend my counselling visits to another six weeks, they were originally due to expire yesterday, the guy said 'Make a diary of the events of the week for anger counselling etc a week ago before I saw him last and I had three fucking pages of A4 paper to show him, all for the last seven days, he was quite impressed with it actually.

Even with any 'comfort zone', - problems may still exsist, there is simply no 100 per cent solution to getting away from it all etc.

We have three satelite dishes in the rear garden, one gnome (disused), four mountain bikes for spares, two washing lines, an array of hanging baskets and three security lights I surrender.gif

There may be a hedge trimmer somewhere as you would expect, we even have a modified flame thrower in all seriousness, something for the weeds apparently but not sure we've ever used it.

I agree, i have new medication now and it's made a huge difference to my life(hasn't got me a job yet though shaking%20fist.png ) but i still have the odd moment of madness, its one of those things, you have to learn to manage it, ive noticed a marked improvement in my behaviour/mood (i sound like a naughty child) but still have room for improvement in some areas, and your doing the best thing in getting therapy mate, and it sounds like you have a decent therapist which always helps. I'm taking anti-depressants now and they aren't doing much good actually, I should just count my damn blessings as I'm far better off than some people, in reasonable health etc but it's just the condition, can't help but feel low every now and again, things could be better, I won't beat about any bushes. Going out on Sundays does make a difference though, some good fishing out of town and not too bad for locations, for every negatives during the week there is always an escape route at some point further in time, this time tomorrow should be quite eventful actually. Whatever happens in tomorrows soccer may play a pivotal part also, I do hope it all goes to plan etc.

I get hacked off every day of the goddamn week about someone or something, it's not always nice or does you no favors, but unless you actually live with such a condition.. Not just Idiots, (but) incompetent people, useless people, fucking boring, mundane tedious banal people, dumb kids with room temperature IQ's, lazy idle people, and horrible crap music played in retail establishments, that's just one area etc etc. Thing is, you're always on a collision course with one or another each waking day, sometimes it seems like there really is no escape.. Takes me more than five damn minutes for a more pleasureable demeanor etc. Little avenues of pleasure do exsist out there though.

I become annoyed with Radio Merseyside earlier.. they had a sociologist on who was to talk about the effect of football on people... it was a 2 minute interview and all that was said is Joey Barton is bit mad and an anecdote about being escorted to Goodison Park by fans because he said he was a blue (he's a Man City fan) before the interview ended. If you're going to get someone from the academia world on the show, at least make sure it has a purpose.

Barton isn't really mad so to speak, just a bit of a snide character.

Categorized by Terry, Gerrard etc, but that's just my viewpoint, not very favorable individuals for me.

I can't get Radio Merseyside but an awful amount of radio stations really get my back up sometimes, was out last night and listened to Talk Sport, it was actually quite good, one of the Nottingham Forest players of the 1970s was talking about his times there and all the great games and Finals, but there was damn commericals and things on every three minutes it seemed, those people will annoying, irritating voices and stupid little voiceovers, they just sound like damn Idiots, why are people incapable of taking in a normal and coherent manner, it's all frenzied and excited and rambling along at 90 miles an hour, I wish I could get hold of these individuals sometimes.

I dont understand, Barton is an Evertonian. Had the sociologist got mixed up?

The sociologist was the Man City fan, he was due to work for BBC at Goodison and told people he was a blue (didn't specify Man City) and was treated well.

Sociology has to be one of the most pointless subjects in the world. Was he making out he would have been treated different if he had specified or something?

doesn't open my mind just infuriates me...a bit like art..pointless

Depending on your philosophy to a certain subject it can determine your view on whats right/wrong. If you lean more towards science you would want to see the numbers evidence, or if to the arts you argue with words.

I didn't understand that (above) last bit at all. ?

In any event, those inept fucks are at it again on the rail networks, had to go one stop today for something, and lo and behold ticket guy comes along, gets on my fucking nerves these people, the other day I travelled 30 miles and back, about seven stops and not a hide nor hair of these pricks, lo and behold one miserable journey, about two minutes, there they are, remind me of the shopkeeper in that Mr Ben kids show from years back they had on UK television, they just appear out of nowhere. dry.png

They usually all disappear after 6pm though, but I wasn't travelling at that damn time!

I read that as commended! Time for the glasses I think.

Electronic handbrakes - the car battery is completely dead and the car is sitting in the underground garage (down 2 ramps to make it even more of a challenge). I cant push the car out of the box to tow it because the handbrake is on and I cant manually release it. Ive got to jump it from another car and hope that it stays alive long enough to release the handbrake otherwise im screwed....
