Zoo
I think Chelsea look better than they did last year. They've got players like Hazard now who have really shown what they can bring to the game and IMO they have a better chance of winning the title than they did last year, I do however agree with you on the fact that they probably won't. I'm tipping either Barcelona or Real Madrid for the top prize after their dissapointing Semi-Final bow-outs last time round.
Bailey
Still not sold on Chelsea... They have good attacking players but they still look soft through the middle and at the back. Mikel is piss poor (their version of Neville), Terry & Lampard are on the decline, and Luiz is decent but inconsistent. They still arent even close to the Mourinho squads. Dalziel Kane
When Ambramovich or however you spell it, gets bored and goes back to Russia with his cash, they'll most likely fall apart and go back to where they were under Hoddle in the mid 1990s. May be a slow decline, but I can see this occuring, clubs like these don't stay at the top forever.
pete0
Wigan - Fulham. Sidwell and McCarthy sandwiched the ref Lee Probert. Only watched the last 10 mins and it's all Fulham, Rogdella and Berba causing problems. 0-1 Rodgella, a few boos but he doesn't celebrate. pete0
Nice play from Soton to go 2-1 up, thanks to (Ten, look away now) Clyne. Barkley has scored a pen 1-1 with Bolton. Southampton 3-1. Aston Villa look Championship bound. Edited September 22, 2012 by pete0
pete0
Just said I might support Liverpool tomorrow to help us with our title challenge. The kopite didn't take it well aha. TBH other than Norwich, I wouldn't like any of them to get 3 points.

Dalziel Kane
I don't know hardly any other results from yesterday apart from ours, and not all that interested to be truthful, my interest in soccer is no longer what it used to be. Today there will be Manchester United and Liverpool and another big game that I can't remember. No love lost for either opposition but I'm hoping United edge a result, can't be too impartial on this. Peter H
Can't agree. I thought that was a poor red card. He went in feet first. 2 dirty tackles in a row and mouthed ofthe ref. Zoo
IMO United set up to defend for the first 45 minutes because they knew Liverpool would come out fighting with the whole Hillsbrough thing. SAF will give them a boot up the arse and tell them to push forward for the win and with Liverpool at 10 men I can see them taking the three points. The bias of some blues against all things Liverpool is laughable. If I was playing football and someone (either team) made a tackle like that I'd be pissed off at them. Shocking challenge that can easily break someones leg. The only player we have who does them stupid challenges is Pienaar, but he lacks the weight to cause any real damage, but he still shouldn't be risking it. There's absolutely no need to go for the ball like that.

And this is Liverpool playing well compared to their performance at Arsenal! If someone dives in at you like that you need to get in the air yourself, take it planted and your legs a gonna. No doubt, but I don't think that went threw Evans' mind; his eyes were fixed on the ball the whole time, it was a genuine attempt at the ball, which to be fair to him he did get. However, both feet were off the ground, stoods up, warrents a red . Edited September 23, 2012 by Kohen
