pete0 Posted September 1, 2012 Report Posted September 1, 2012 Don't think I've ever backed against us, can't even bring myself to do it on Oztips.. unless I'm trying to cry a win in. Quote
Zoo Posted September 1, 2012 Author Report Posted September 1, 2012 i could never bet on everton..i'd feel dirty takin the money if we lost I never ever bet on Everton, more often than not I used to give them the benefit of the doubt in big games and it'd fuck me over. Quote
Dalziel Kane Posted September 2, 2012 Report Posted September 2, 2012 I had a gambling addiction for years, gave it up about 2006. It fucking had me, caused problems with my family and had me almost in despair at times, found it impossible to get away. It's a slippery slope, and as with other things in life, if you can't handle it correctly, it can take over your life almost and does get a grip on you. Eventually managed to pull away from it all, and it was one of the best decisions I ever did, never looked back. Norwich, not my favorite side by any length, got another good result today and seem to be getting by with Lamberts departure, and I felt like giving them a bit of recognition. Think Swansea did well again, as did West Bromwich, unfortunately. Hibernian doing well in the SPL, got a result at Celtic yesterday and still up there in the league. Leeds United let in three I'm sure of it, but can't remember the opposition, ahead of our next round fixture. Quote
Zoo Posted September 2, 2012 Author Report Posted September 2, 2012 GOALLLL!!!!! After saying they weren't clicking Arsenal go and score and it's Podolski with the goal with a great left-footed finish. The Gunners broke up-field on a counter attack with Cazorla he found the run of the German with a lovely through ball and he made no mistake firing past Reina, great goal Liverpool 0 Arsenal 1 <3 Quote
marcopaulo Posted September 2, 2012 Report Posted September 2, 2012 giroud misses another great chance..he is fuckin wank Quote
MikeO Posted September 2, 2012 Report Posted September 2, 2012 Liverpool 0 Arsenal 1 <3 Was always going to happen because I transferred Podolski out of my fantasy team . Quote

MikeO Posted September 2, 2012 Report Posted September 2, 2012 Was always going to happen because I transferred Podolski out of my fantasy team . No I didn't....he's still there . And Cazorla is in my Telegraph team . Quote
SimonButtle Posted September 2, 2012 Report Posted September 2, 2012 am i the only person who sees nothing in shelvey? he's awful No he's crap, don't see what he offers at all tbh Cazorla looks class though Quote
pete0 Posted September 2, 2012 Report Posted September 2, 2012 (edited) am i the only person who sees nothing in shelvey? he's awful Reminds me of Ireland but lacks the attacking flair.. so yeah he's got fuck all. Did anyone notice how poor Liverpool and Arsenals teams looked on the team sheets before the game. Nothing imposing offensively or defensively. This year is a great opportunity for us to leap frog over a few clubs. Edited September 2, 2012 by pete0 Quote
c1982 Posted September 2, 2012 Report Posted September 2, 2012 As it stands with Southampton drawing and Villa winning the RS are 2nd bottom! Quote
Avinalaff Posted September 2, 2012 Report Posted September 2, 2012 If you all hate the red shite clap your hands .......... Quote
MikeO Posted September 2, 2012 Report Posted September 2, 2012 As it stands with Southampton drawing and Villa winning the RS are 2nd bottom! Would keep United behind us and crush a bit of confidence out of Newcastle if they stayed like this...with the Liverpool position a bonus. Too much to ask though I think. Quote
pete0 Posted September 2, 2012 Report Posted September 2, 2012 Soton could easily have been 3-1 up here. All one way atm. Scholes and Nani coming on to try and get united back in the game. Quote

MikeO Posted September 2, 2012 Report Posted September 2, 2012 Shame for Southampton....decent result for us at Newcastle though. Vital we beat them next up. Hate international breaks . pete0 1 Quote
Zoo Posted September 2, 2012 Author Report Posted September 2, 2012 Glad Manchester United won in all honesty. Southampton now in 20th position with no points on the board. Quote
pete0 Posted September 2, 2012 Report Posted September 2, 2012 I hate Spanish football it's boring and the refs are jokes, Granada are 2-0 down anyway and no way their player could have moved out the way of Ronaldo. Ref gives a second yellow, the lad had only made 2 tackles all game. Quote
Avinalaff Posted September 2, 2012 Report Posted September 2, 2012 I have to take my hat off to Southampton and maybe send them a little good luck mojo. To have to play Wigan, City, United, and Arsenal in your first Premiership games is quite a task. Then they face Villa and Everton ha ha. Welcome to the Premiership lol. Quote
pete0 Posted September 2, 2012 Report Posted September 2, 2012 http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11835/8046146/Ronaldo-I-m-feeling-sad Ronaldo isn't happy at Real Madrid, is it too late to take him on loan? Quote
Dalziel Kane Posted September 3, 2012 Report Posted September 3, 2012 I can't tell if he's being serious or doing a 'funny' Ronaldo will never be at Goodison Park but I think Pete was just indulging in some light humor. Genuinely irritated there is another fucking international break coming up. Quote
pete0 Posted September 3, 2012 Report Posted September 3, 2012 O' bollocks , looks like I've used the wrong font. Quote

Zoo Posted September 3, 2012 Author Report Posted September 3, 2012 It's all a stunt to get more money IMO, like what Rooney did when he said he was thinking about going to Manchester City. I like Ronaldo footballing-wise and mostly in person too (I just hate it when he gets a bit arrogant) and considering his goal to game ratio I can see why he's expecting a raise. Quote
