You are comparing apples with pears here and you know it.

Go 5 at the back against Luton and fans would have been up in arms. The game has changed now, and tactics need to change, albeit we are still creating chances.

It wouldn’t be 5 a the back…. It would be 3 based on the possession.

That’s why I said let’s not get carried away with dyche.  He stumbled on the midfield partnership to work the other night, had Jack Harrisom looking great on the right.

he reverts to a cowardly 4/5/1 at home to a shite team.

the man isn’t up to it.

4-5-1 is a sackable offence on its own against Luton. Cowardly and not needed, the only team in the league you should be absolutely attacking with all guns blazing.

I'm not on Dyche's back because I can't be arsed sacking another manager, but he's a bit shit I must admit.

Oh ok, so do you accept this isnt 451 in possession as well then?

Brighton & Fulham played a variation of 451.

There is going to be a lot of managers getting the sack this season on that basis.

For me it’s not set up - we are all over them if we attack. We created chances with every attack.

It looked like the tactic was to go hard first 15 get a goal and then sit back and recover.

We didn’t score and they overran us. Rather than attack again we continued to try and soak up and we’re two goals down.

It was obviously too much to adapt to the situation - no leadership on the side lines or on the pitch in that period.

Beto & DCL up front together should have been a formality today, Dyche needs to bring them on second half to save face.

Got United fans sending me WhatsApp's laughing their heads off, we're that bad!

Assuming it's Man Utd and not the toon....it's a bit pot - kettle that mind...yes we are still shitter than them but expectations are different and they spend 200M on wages and are still shit

In open play we should be a good couple of goals to the good.

From set pieces we should be a couple of goals down.

We aren't playing badly at all, we have just royally fucked up from set pieces and the biggest culprit is Mykolenko. He started the game quite well though and has been helpful to McNeil in giving him space to play.

I am worried about width as McNeil and Garner are playing very narrowly but our best moments are going through them. I can see us creating enough chances to be level by 60mins.

If we arent then we must get genuine width onto the pitch. Gueye is important at sweeping up but Onana has a lot more to his game to take over that role and let Garner play more centrally.

We have got gana in the middle and garner out wide…. So unless you think Gana is gonna break the lines and start hitting the back of the net - which ironically garner can do…. And did do then it’s a pathetic defensive line up.

Like dyche, trying too hard to appear clever, it’s not difficult.

I was about to say McNeil has been more like in doucs position last 20 mins of the half

You mean we are conceding from set pieces - again.  Dyche…. Again.
