I love fact that Niasse is fucking playing like his life depended on it.  Rarely seen by players in a blue shirt this seasn.

While I've been consistent in my support of Niasse, especially during the time he was being written off and mocked for fun, I hope Koeman does not make the opposite mistake and make Niasse a starter. He's not Lukaku. He's not DC-L. He's not the forward we're craving. What he is, though, is an impact sub, someone who can make a difference when the game is on the line - which is what he did today. IMO, we should recognize and take advantage of this strengths, not set him up for failure.

AlbanyNYToffee got a reaction from Sibdane in Manchester United (Away) Sunday September 17
Pro: Everyone was fully committed and played hard (Davies especially - was asked to cover 2/3 of the pitch basically on his own) Con: Williams and Martina are simply dreadful
Pro: Rooney had two chances he should have put away, Sigurdsson another Con: We have gone 405 minutes without scoring a single goal
Pro: That scoreline was very harsh Con: We continue to set up too defensively, horrible for confidence
Pro: 6 out of next 7 at home Con: May take a few games still to find form

Patience on the LB/CB and ST. Koeman surely waiting until Europa League progression. They aren't required (numbers-wise, we can argue talent elsewhere) if we don't progress. Also EL group stage gives him bargaining chip with potential signings. He clearly wants Sigurdsson regardless.

He was baited into that answer. When first asked he said he won't comment on other teams players. 5-6 questions later the reporter said swansea had officially confirmed a bid from everton which drew his second response. RK went about it open and honest...once again.

No-brainer at 17m but that price seems too good to be true. Could sell joel for 5-8m so net it's a tremendous deal.

    What's left:

    Chelsea - 31 pld - 75 pts - 21 pts clear

    Liverpool - 32 pld - 63 pts - A WBA, H Palace, A Watford, H Southampton, A West Ham, H Boro

    City - 31 pld - 61 pts - A Southampton, H Utd, A Boro, H Palace, H Leicester, A Watford (H WBA TBD)

    Utd - 30 pld - 57 pts - H Chelsea, A Burnley, A City, H Swans, A Arsenal, A Spurs, H Palace (A Southampton TBD)

    Arsenal - 29 pld - 54 pts - A Palace, A Boro, H Leicester, A Spurs, H Utd, A Stoke, H EFC (H Sunderland TBD, A Southampton TBD)

    Everton - 32 pld - 54 pts - H Burnley, A West Ham, H Chelsea, A Swans, H Watford, A Arsenal

For the dreamers seems to me possibility of moving up table goes Arsenal, Utd, Liverpool, City. Still remains incredibly unlikely but it's so refreshing to be in April and have something to play for after the past two seasons...

    March PL fixtures:

63 pts Chelsea: A West Ham, H Watford, A Stoke

    56 pts Spurs: A Palace, H Southampton

    55 pts City: H Stoke, H Liverpool

52 pts The Shite: H Burnley, A City

50 pts Arsenal: H Leicester, A West Brom

    49 pts Utd: A Southampton, A Boro

44 pts Everton: H West Brom, H Hull

4th would be an astronomical achievement but it can't be ruled out yet. 6 pts next two. Our season will be determined in span of four days, at Shite and at Utd.

Arsenal v. City same weekend as Everton v. Liverpool.
    Not catching Chelsea, Spurs.
Utd schedule looks easy but Liverpool and Arsenal have tough games coming up.
Said it many times...haven't beaten the shite since October 17th 2010. I pray to god the results between now and April go well and we have alot to play for against them. Want the team to walk into Anfield and punch them right in the mouth.

LOAN OUT: Brewster, Grant, Cleverley, Niasse, Connolly, Jones, Evans, Deulofeu, Griffiths, Browning, McAleny, Rodriguez, Dyson, Kinsella

KIDS: Holland (out) Donkor (Loan In)

EXTENSIONS (since August): Kenny, Baines, Barry, Holgate, Browning

They would never admit to it but this year the goal for Moshiri and RK was top half. It's that simple. They've done that (more or less) so clear out those with no future and trim the wage bill. If they have no future at the club I would argue they shouldn't have a present either. I truly believe both said why try to rush progress to make Europa in year 1, our goal is Champions League year 2. What can we do to make that happen?

It's so easy to sit here and say why didn't we buy X, Y, or Z? The simple fact is good players, the right players are rarely for sale in January. Signing Schneiderlin is one of the best signings made in the window throughout the world let alone the PL.

    We aren't far away!

Coleman Williams Baines Gana Schneiderlin Barkley Bolasie Lukaku all good enough to challenge for Champs League. Need starting GK, CB, W. Cover at LB, W, AM, ST. I have confidence in Walsh and RK to meet these needs this summer.

Look at how awful 24-26 is. Unacceptable. That is the lifeblood of most clubs. Cant rely on over 30 and under 23 talent to be consistent winners.

Most are rightfully skeptical after 3 yrs of Martinez but you cannot start judging Moshiri/Koeman/Walsh until this time next year. In my eyes top half this year can be defined as success. We all want more for the club obviously but this investment has always been a long term build. It's not oil money from the middle east or russia, and FFP is in place now. This is a legitimate re-build of the club from the inside out.

Having said that if we look like this a year from now ill be absolutely fuming.
