It took him longer to realise (possibly because he wanted to show faith in the players) than any of us would have liked, particularly away from home, but I'm glad he has before it was too late. 
The Leeds and Brentford games probably gave him the false impression we could play the way he wanted. I do think the players we have are capable of being more expansive (not to the extent he wants like!) but the situation we're in doesn't really make that a good game plan anyway. But, he's shown that he's able to put his own ego aside and change things to get results.
The way the players have responded has shown that they're behind him (and the club). You can't get a team playing the way we are if they're not. 

I just hope that this mad fan support bleeds into next season, it's no surprise that as soon as we start with the flares, turning up at Finch Farm, cheering the coach on etc that we start to get results. You can't help but feel it's really given the team a lift. 
We are by no means out of it, but a few weeks ago I thought we were absolutely gone - as it happens with another win (and Leeds/Burnley losing) we could have sneaked out of it.

To put this rezult in to perspective. Odds on relegation have just shifted out to 12/1. 

Brilliant ! Just fuckin brilliant, not arsed at how we played, 3 points for us and others around dropped theirs. Beat Watford on Wednesday and we should get over the line on Sunday with a win at the grand old lady,, what a day that will be.

No one should have to think about their job solely for 24 hours each day. If you thought just about your job it would do your head in. You have to have other interests, it’s healthy. The same way as saying a footballer shouldn’t be into other things off the pitch, then they shouldn’t play golf, which many of them do, or computer games, which many of them do. You need other interests.
