Agreed, but I think we will see the improvements and less errors with each game, same as we’re seeing with Patterson.

Yeah it’s done for this window. If he keeps on as he has started all parties will have the same opportunity next summer. It’s also just better for Anthony to play regularly than get 10 min off Chelsea’s bench now and then.

Horrible game from us to watch, we couldn’t put two passes together for most of the game, occasional flashes of some decent stuff. Nothing seemed to drop our way, probably because we’re panicking a lot.
Plus points, 3rd PL,game undefeated, and with a CF ( hopefully ) we will see improvement.

Had some guests over from overseas,so obviously was more interested in chatting with them, so only had the match on in the background today. However, every time I looked at the screen, they were in our defensive third. When we scored the first goal, I was a little surprised. That they got their equaliser, not surprised. Rthe fact we scored another goal, albeit disallowed, gives me the feeling that at least we are not going to be relegated.
As I said, I didn't really watch the match, but from what I saw they really put pressure on us, but we managed to score two goals (an inch better pass/run and we would have won) against a team that is currently in the top 5.
Ok, I know I'm clutching at straws,but there is progress, and a point away at Eland Road is a decent result.

Still didn't offer much of anything going forward, but I thought he was really disciplined in his defensive work and keeping in shape.

Great fight from the lads but they were dead on their feet.  
Disappointing that we can't bring anyone on to even help see it out and give fresh legs. 
 
 

Great performance, deserved a win. Players were impressive. If we get a striker fit / registered, and an upgrade for Davies then we will be fine.
Anyone who doubt Gordon skill, value or importance should watch that game, what a player!!

After a poor start to 2nd half, we then dug in and grafted. 
Stick a striker In there to retain the ball and give a goal threat too, and we we’ll be sound this year.

Putting all the Maupay stuff to one side, it’s frightening that our bench is so poor/ inexperienced after only 4 games in.
Hopefully grab something tonight and have a busy two days bring in and clearing some out.

I get why Rafa wanted him. Was an easy option, he trusts him, he’s cheap. 
Should have been a one year contract at best though. 

Definitely not a good move for us, we’ve just managed to move Dele on after throwing him a lifeline that he couldn’t grab hold of, no reason to think it would be any different with Ross.
