We need mobility and speed in midfield so I would definitely oppose signing someone that would be outpaced by a snail and turn slower than a static caravan.

For me it’s one of those meh signings. If we can get him on a free without throwing daft wages at him then yeah it makes sense but if he trots off to Villa or Newcastle for a bigger pay day I won’t lose any sleep over it

Agree, Heath. He has had an up down Everton career, wasn't Koeman his first manager? He's improved under Lampard who I think has shown belief in him. He's 25 so I'm happy to stick with him.

If he left he would be the biggest miss of any player at the club, he has been the biggest reason we have done so well in the last 7-8 games and ultimately kept us in the PL. Frank and the board have to do what ever it takes to keep him here, if he goes in the summer we will struggle to replace him and struggle to progress as a team.
