Aidan got a reaction from Quinn31 in Victor Moses
Are you saying its surprising that Liverpool want to pay a lucrative amount of money for a player who is quite old?
Seriously though, I do understand your point, but we dont ahve money to waste.
Ill be optimistic... for know

I've tweaked it a bit so all of our home games are against Man City....so that's fifty-seven points in the bag .

Aidan reacted to Finn balor in Martinez confirmed as new manager
Absolutely made up today. I wasn't at first sure about Martinez due to obvious reasons but I think he is going to be a really top appointment. I know we keep going over the defence issues but lets get it right Moysie wasn't the greatest at keeping a clean sheet. With the players he has already at his disposal it should be easy to sort that out. I know there is fascination at buying Wigan players but the fella has contacts. He is a regular on La Liga programme with Giamme Ballague(?) and must have info through him regarding tons of players. I know people say nice guys finish last but I have a feeling this is gonna be a fresh approach to which the players will enjoy

David Moyes, Big Dunc, Tim Cahill, Phil Neville and Kevin Mirallas.
All 5 of them.

Im hoping its going to be a 4-3-3 with Vic through the centre and Jela/Mirallas supporting but I wont hold my breath!
I am a little disappointed that both Osman and Pienaar are starting after their last few games. Its also a shame to see no Vellios on the bench but instead we have 2 CB's,RB and technically a LB (although more of a LWB). Moyes hasnt exactly given himself many options to change things up as Naismith is only like for like and the one attacking player is Barkley!

Coleman is 'my' player of the season.
He has been awesome this year, and equally as impressive as Baines.

Arsenal's Last 10 Games:
W: Norwich
W: West Brom
W: Reading
W: Swansea
L: Tottenham
W: Aston Villa
W: Sunderland (with Martin O'Neill)
W: Stoke City
D: Liverpool
W: West Ham United
To be honest looking at Arsenal's last 10 games we don't have anything to be worried about. They may be in a good run of form but it's probably more to do with their fixture list than how they are actually playing. The only games I think we would struggle with I've highlighted and Arsenal themselves have dropped points against those sides. You also have to remember that against teams like Norwich City they were 1-0 down with just 5 minutes to go... If we go at them like we did against Tottenham then I can really see us getting something.

Cant see the us going to the Emirits and beating the arse 2-0. However I think its a winnable game if we set our minds to it.
Personally I'd like to see Jela and Anichebe up front with Fellaini and Gibson in the centre of midfield. Fellaini man marking Arteta.
If we play 4-4-2 it could really shake them up and show that Moyes means business.
I'd rather us go for the win and lose after 90m than draw.
Howard
Coleman Jags Distin Baines
Mirallas Gibbo Fellaini Pienaar
Anichebe Jelly
It wont happen, but I hope thats the starting XI

Another 3 today and an extra point than what I expected from White Heart Lane (should have been bloody 3 though!)
Personally I think we can finish 5th.
Here's how I think the table will finish:
1. Manchester United - 94 points
2. Manchester City - 79 points
3. Chelsea - 72 points
4. Arsenal - 68 points
5. Everton - 66 points
6. Tottenham 65 points
7th not mentioned as they are already out of the race for the top 6.
I get to this on my predictor by predicting these results for the Toffees:
Arsenal 1 - 1 Everton Sunderland 1 - 2 Everton Everton 1 - 0 Fulham Liverpool 1 - 0 Everton Everton 2 - 1 West Ham Chelsea 1 - 1 Everton I think this is a realistic set of results however I hope we can gain 14 points in total to really challenge for 4th spot.
Its going to be tough - but by God its achieveable!

Probably better to do it after eleven seconds....we'll likely be a goal or two down by eleven minutes and people will have gone off the idea.
