evertonblue
Timmy. Smacked a nice header off the bar. Worked tirelessy in defence and his long balls were on song today. Wanted to give it to Distin thought he was solid for long periods but then he has brain snaps. Also thought Coleman was close. So Cahill MOTM. Distin 2nd and Coleman 3rd. It seems a lot of our players don't want to be there. A lot of the midfielders don't track back. Its quite depressing. I was gutted by todays performance. duncanmckenzieismagic
Woeful performance, especially in the first half. I gave it to Coleman who had a good half hour in the second half

Good shout, he had Baines in his pocket during the first half I can only presume he was subbed because of injury
BrotherEstapol
Haven't watched it yet, but baines got 3 bonus points in my fantasy team...did he do well? Normally the fantasy scores are way off...

Normally the fantasy scores are way off... He did pretty well going forward, but as previously mentioned, Cleverley was giving him a hard time in the first half, I was quite relieved to see him subbed.(duncanmckezieismagic - commentators said it was for a rib injury) I went with Coleman myself. marcopaulo
coleman for me..looked positive as always and it didn't always come off for him but he kept on tryin..if only he could share some of that positive attitude
Bailey
Coleman closely followed by Baines and Jags.
marcopaulo
i thought baines had one of his poorer games myself can't understand people votin for him...every time he tried to beat a man he lost the ball

MikeO
not meanin to be a fusspot or steal romey's thunder but even seein it upside down wouldn't it still be the post? I have the explanation. He's in Australia, so obviously watching upside-down, but also being as it's on the other side of the world so therefore the middle of the night, he's watching it in bed and (crucially) lying down. So add together upside-down and horizontal (90 degress offset) and the post becomes the bar. QED .

inertia8
I'm in Aus and watch it on the TV and I go to great lengths to ensure that I'm seeing the game in it's correct orientation.. it only involves flipping the T.V and myself in a jig.. sorted.. have to get out at half time or my head would explode. At least there's one of you lot that does it right . I'll be staying up tonight to watch the Ashes. Gonna go to bed about 12 for a couple of hours and then try and see as much of the day as possible... I don't hold out much hope I'll see a lot of it tbh.
