Richarlison was an absolute waste of space. Mee and Tarkowski will be laughing that he's meant to be a Brazilian number 9. Probs not laughing as much as Dyche though, had our pants down on Michael Keane.

Gomes must have been watching Sigurdsson too much. Fucking pathetic. Poor decisions, slow at everything. Allan next to him at least has the exist of coming back from an injury.

Digne was very poor. Gonna give him the benefit of doubt and assume he's playing with an injury as his range of motion doesn't seem right, I'd go as far to put money on it being a groin issue.

DCL poor but tried. Just a bad day in the office

Davies caught out for the first but made it up with the assist, and should have had two. Main player driving us forward in the second half, no idea why he was subbed.

Iwobi, better but not great.

Think you must have watched a different game to me, Gomes didn’t put a foot wrong all game and was always showing for the ball and looking to get us going forward

Although Davies did ok overall and put in a great cross for our goal he was pivotal in gift wrapping the opening goal for Burnley. That was a clear turning point in the game because they had shown nothing up to that point but the goal lifted them and boosted their confidence and they never looked back after that

Didn't put a foot forward being reactive rather than proactive. Barely broke a sweat, just moseyed around the midfield and played the odd Hollywood ball.

His decision making was especially shocking. How many times did he carry the ball forward rather than just pass responsibility to someone else?

Wouldn't have picked out Gomes - anymore that anybody else.

Appreciate when players put in more of an effort beyond a Hollywood ball cross field what else did Gomes do?

Don’t think you can fault his effort, he was always showing for the ball, demonstrated a good range of passing, put some good crosses in and had a couple of decent shots

Im not saying he had a blinder but he was the best of a bad bunch and far better than you are giving him credit for. Certainly doesn’t deserve to be singled out as “fucking pathetic”

Effort and always showing? That's laughable given the first half when Burnley took control of the midfield thanks to him and Allan making it easy. Good range of passing... You mean the Hollywood balls that slow the play down or playing Digne into danger or missing the run of Davies and playing it to Richarlison instead?

I've not singled him out. Richarlison, DCL, Allan and Digne were all just as bad. Keane not far behind. The rest not much better. Davies probably the only one I'd say had a decent game. Iwobi average. Holgate better but not good enough at right back.
