Mirallas got a reaction from Sibdane in Is Fellaini good enough for Manchester United?
Walker... check
Sagna... check
Azpilicueta... check
Debuchy... check
Johnson... check
but there's also Evra, Richards and Zabaleta... I'd lean more towards the latter one. But you never know.

Mirallas got a reaction from chicagoblue in The best and worst sponsor logos on shirts
The Belgium away shirt has recently even won a prize:
I'll say it, so you can't: 'At least that's one prize they won".
Sponsor logo: really small and no one knows it anyway.

Mirallas got a reaction from Sibdane in I Am Fed Up With Everton
I'm glad they take so much time, it's probably cause they won't settle for anything below the standards that EFC has set out for itself.
The thing about being on such a tight budged with such high stakes is that you have to make eeevery decision as rational as possible and thaaat taaakes tiiiiime.

Mirallas reacted to badaids in Marouane Fellaini
Can't beleive the comments about Felli. If he leaves, and it's likely, he leaves a massive hole in our midfield. Yes, he's had some shit games, but he's been a beast either as a DM or an attacker, right at the centre of the team for the last 4 years - he's the best player I've seen at Goodison for years. You only have to look at other forums to see how they rate him, despite his sharp elboows.

Mirallas got a reaction from Steve_E in Positions that need reinforcement
I made a fleximatrix, but for some reason, tables don't come across too well when the topic is posted.
Hypothesis: EFC sells Fellaini and Heitinga.
Most vulnerable positions:
Central defense: Jagielka and Distin are the only options at this moment who we can depend on. That is 2 players for 2 positions. Is Duffy ready? Will Distin keep it up? This position ought to be a priority this summer when looking for reinforcements. Defensive & box-to box midfield: Fellaini (and Heitinga) is leaving, that leaves Gibson and Hitz for the job, with only Osman as a possible back-up. Again: 2 options for 2 positions. Are these players, especially Hitz, good enough to play all the time all season long? What if there are injuries? Other positions to take into consideration:
Left back: First thing that comes to mind is EFC's dependance on Baines. Is Oviedo a realistic alternative? Time will tell, but for the moment it doesn't really look that way. Left back is quite vulnerable. Should EFC perhaps loan out Oviedo and attract a new alternative? Mid/attacking wings: Mirallas and Pienaar are usually used for this task. They're the only two players that are available for the wings, as Coleman will probably be used as a right back. It also leaves out the option to use Pienaar as a central attacking mid. It will also depend a bit on the system the manager chooses to play, but reinforcements may be needed.
I didn't consider the goalkeepers. I think it's relatively alright in that position. So you guys think these are the 2, 3 or 4 positions EFC should focus on for reinforcements this summer?
(Yeah I do this stuff for fun in my spare time.)

Mirallas reacted to Mirallas in Longest Thread For Drivel (or the Romelu Lukaku thread)
In an interview to a Belgian radio show today, Romelu Lukaku expressed his wish to play one level higher than West Brom. He said he didn't want to return to Chelsea per sé, but that he wanted to get back in touch with European football.
Chelsea will definitely keep him in the EPL. So there's 7 teams that are better than West Brom who'll play European football. Neither of the Manchesters need him. Arsenal and Tottenham are too close competitors to Chelsea, plus they're from London. That leaves Liverpool FC and Everton FC.
It's vague and it's speculation, but it's his wish and it's a loan that would make sense to both teams, but I suppose he'd get more chances to play at EFC than at LFC, because of Sturridge. All I'm saying is that it is a signal and with a bit of 1+1=2, we can take notice of this. Plus Fellaini and especially Mirallas are buddies of Lukaku
Oh he's Belgian? Darnit didn't know that... Well I suppose I'm gonna have to face some repercussions from certain Swedish individuals for this then....

Mirallas got a reaction from Quinn31 in Martinez confirmed as new manager
Ok, Top 7 finish for EFC would definitely be logical, but managing to reach top 7 year in year out is a whole other story. That's what i think is remarkable.

And I will contest that argument by stating that Moyes brought top-7 finish continuitity, whereas Wigan is a team who is relegating. A delicate team like EFC needs continuity and stability, not extreme ups and downs. EFC doesn't need to become the new Newcastle United.
