No if he stays at DC United he might try for Seamus not Birmingham I don’t see Seamus going there  

I think Thelwell has done a good job most of the players he is trying to sign are an upgrade on previous signings. 
if there was one downside it was the Gnonto fiasco we should have moved on to in my eyes Sulemana. 
this deal could have been done this lad has the pace and ability to beat players with ease.

Why ?

A lot of the comments on here from some just don’t add up, what Gray has done here is no worse than what Digne did under Rafa, yet some praised Digne and condemned Rafa and the same people are now condemning Gray and praising Dyche, hypocrisy at it’s highest level. Gray was going with the club’s blessing that’s why they gave his shirt number to Harrison, then they sell Iwobi at the eleventh hour, and can’t replace him so they block the Gray deal because the squad is on it’s bare bones, which is their right to do as Dyche took great pleasure in telling us. But what a shit thing to do to the team sell one of your betters players just for an extra 10m and 65k a week saving in wages, to then keep a player who the manager obviously doesn’t like and hasn’t since he arrived here. All Dyche and Thelwell have done is weaken the team for a few quid that they can’t spend for 4 months and that could be taken away from the team and used towards stadium payments, poor decision making all round from the management imo.

All we have to go on really is a bitchy Instagram post. 
For sure, behind the scenes, there's a lot more to this, but Dyche hasn't been slagging him off in press conferences.
Also, if it's true that he was doing similar stuff at Leicester then that tell me it's a character thing.
I just think they are more grown up ways of handling the situation than posting snide posts on social media. I personally believe that people who behave like that are rather toxic. Hence my get rid comment.
If Dyche has blocked a move, that's a different topic, but that's on Dyche. And most definitely the wrong call.

You could imagine a whole lot of scenarios for and against both Dyche and Gray. Imagine your manager doesn’t give you opportunities to show your worth and doesn’t involve you in what the company are trying to accomplish, so much so that in vital team meetings he selects 3 people that can only add the same information and knowledge and doesn’t invite you to meeting even though you feel you would be a better option than having 3 people who can only perform the same task. Then imagine you go on a business trip and when you get back someone has been taken on to cover your role and they have emptied your desk and given it to the new employee, and imagine when you complained about how you were treated you were  perceived as the guilty party because you had said something similar at another company. And finally imagine what it’s like having to work at company were you feel unwanted and undervalued, because it happens day in and day out and can have a very negative impact on someone’s own worth and health, imagine if that was you who had been treated that way what would you do.

Did I say this situation now was all Dyche’s fault no. 
if we keep Gray now it’ll be a financial disaster he walks for free in the summer.

Other options I’m not sure about that we have played 4/5 games without a winger garner is playing out of position on the wing. 
he didn’t want to play branthwait but his hand was forced on that. 
we played a kid on the wing who is clearly not up to the prem levels. 
he’s discarded Myko the same as Gray. 
i know a lot of people don’t like Mykolenko but one thing he does is put a shift in. 
I don’t see Young as a big improvement. 
and Patterson is on dodgy ground also people looking to blame him for anything that goes wrong. 
he’s getting the blame for the mistakes Tarks is committing. 
we have to be patient with Patterson. 

I’d like to wish him good luck and thank him for all his efforts, a player who lived up to the team’s motto. We were fortunate to have him in our ranks the last 2 seasons he was definitely one who made the difference between survival and relegation.

What’s more concerning for me isn’t that he’s leaving, it’s that he’s going to a team that plays a decent brand of football that is full of very average players with a manager who’s no mug. So what perplexes me is how a team like Brentford see him as an option yet we can’t wait to get rid. I have a vision we are going to be a long ball team when I want to be a ball on the ground team.
