I would prefer it if Patterson made the same mistakes every game instead of Ashley Young. At least he's young in age and can learn from them.

FFP regulations are a joke. Essentially clubs with a larger turnover are allowed to spend more. They use the narrative that these regulations are in place to guarantee clubs' financial stability, but that is not true. The punishments for breaches put the clubs in even more dangerous financial instability. They simply don't care about the well-being of the clubs. And regulations like these only make the spending disparity even bigger, which is not a competitive fair play.

This is so unfair. I'm partially relieved that it happened this season rather than earlier because we won't get relegated this time. However, we should bring this to court because double standards are being applied. Both City and Chelsea should be punished, or nobody should. The entire FFP system is a total mess. It will never work as intended and should be abolished. If they aim for fair spending, they should consider imposing a salary/transfer cap, similar to the system in the US. The whole situation makes no fucking sense.

Agree. Branthwaite is better defensively and Stones was better on the ball.

Sure, but managers receive full payment for the remainder of their contract upon termination. Not too bad receiving 36 salaries for 8 months of work, isn't it?

If given the chance, he will do the same to us. Setting aside our biases, Leeds have promised to sell him and are simply trying to maximize their revenue. The transfer window is not over, yet he's refusing to play for them. This is incredibly unprofessional.

We should be looking to loan premium players from bigger clubs, just like we did with Danjuma, even if they come with high salaries. I believe we can loan 4 more players. There are likely to be some available options, and the advantage is that they will be off the books at the end of the season. Wouldn't that be more cost-effective than paying a transfer fee and signing players on long-term contracts? Certainly, this could help us improve our financial situation for the time being.

No. It's a goal every 4.67 games, it's in the data you shared. He averages only 40' per game.

Haiku got a reaction from StevO in Dele
After watching the press conference featuring Nikola Jokic, the current NBA championship winner and Finals MVP with the Denver Nuggets, where he said, "Nobody likes his job", it made me wonder if Dele doesn't like his job either. Professional sports can be far from enjoyable. It's one thing to play football with your friends on a cool Friday afternoon, but playing at a pro level is mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausting. I believe Dele is preparing for a life after professional football, and I can see him retiring before too long.

Do we need him though? He is no better than what we have right now. I'm fairly happy with Doucoure, Onana, Garner, Iwobi. I think the midfield is the least of our problems at the moment. Our priorities should be as follows:
    1. Striker
    2. Left back
    3. Right back
    4. Central Defender
    5. Right Winger
