  1. It's unbelievably worrying how we're against the worst team in the Football League, yet are comfortably second best. There are no ''easy'' games in football, but we really should be at least competing. To have 0 shots and 0 touches in their box is absolutely criminal, especially as we're basically playing with the strongest XI.

It really doesn't bode well for Sheffield United, they'll be licking their lips at this.

Edit: Finally a nice little move between Doucoure and Danjuma with the latter pulling well wide when he really should have hit the target. We're absolutely crying out for a striker, please let Beto be it!

No I’m not actually, but what I won’t and never will let go is people trolling my posts with the disrespect you showed, so you will get from me what I consider a fair response, now fuck off 👍

I didn't have you down as the touchy sort . Don't be a bell.

  3. I'm guessing that I've slipped into a parallel universe then, alarm bells are going off for me but it seems that most fans are cautiously optimistic (you made bastards ). I'm really concerned, the ''chances'' that we are creating aren't as good or frequent as people are making out. Doucoure came close with his header, forcing a world-class save from Sa, then there was Danjuma's offside chance and the VAR goal. I'm not saying that we were terrible, but it wasn't as though we were pinging their post every four seconds or gave their 'keeper a massive problem. I think it was just as likely that Wolves were going to win the game than us, a real basketball match which against a relegation rival is pretty concerning. Take off the Wolves shirts and replace them with City, Arsenal or Spurs for example - we'd be toast at half time.

Regardless of how well people think we have been playing, the facts are that we've scored zero goals and have zero points. It's not hard to see that this will be yet another long slog to May and everything points to us actually going this season. Luton will be right down there, but it'll be a battle against the other dross in this league to keep our heads above water. Morale looks terrible and our players skillsets are simply not good enough, we've replaced quality with shite so often that we're covered with turds all over the pitch. Turds that may well eventually flush.

We weren't second best, we weren't dominant. We were neck and neck with a Wolves side that are just as bad as us. Against anyone with a bit of quality and we'd be put to the sword much sooner than the 87th minute. The game against Sheffield United next week is fucking massive and I'm already dreading the home game against Luton!

Pickford: Not a terrible game from him, made a great save in the second half from close range but had that major brainfart when he and Tarkowski (?) left a ball for each other which let Fabio Silva waltz in on goal. Not too sure how he missed to be honest and a massive let off.

Young: Not too bad in terms of a defensive display, but on a few occasions I debated climbing down the stands from the Top Balcony to chin the stupid cunt for the piss poor set-pieces that he was shipping up. I think 100% of them ended up in the goalkeepers gloves and without much difficulty too. Wet fart crosses that was floated up without any venom at all. From a dead ball he was a real liability today and offered us fuck all.

Brainthwaite/Tarkowski/Pattison: Not bad from the other three mind, although without seeing it back I think James switches off for their winner. JB was exceptional and as I've mentioned in his thread gave me John Stones vibes. I'll be made up if we can keep him past this window and Dyche should have him down as the first name on the teamsheet. He's exactly the type of player we should be building our middle two around.

Onana: Much better than the clusterfuck that was Villa. Put himself about the did much better than his mate next to him.

Gueye: His turn for a clusterfuck, gave the ball away constantly. Halfway through the second half I was convinced that he'd actually become colour blind he was peppering orange shirts that much. Luckily, he didn't get punished but not a display that filled me with too much confidence.

Doucoure: Scored one, albeit offside and gave us the best chance of the game with his header from close range that forced an unbelievable save. I was actually pleased with Duke this week, he can hold his head up high.

Garner: He was alright, although I typed up my post and couldn't work out who I'd forgotten to include. Probably speaks volumes about his performance. Not shit, not great - a 5/10.

Danjuma: Crap tbh. He was offside anyway but really should have scored his chance in the first half and didn't really get into the game for me. A bit of an empty crisp packet floating around the field rather than actually being a threat in the final third. Gets bonus points though as him simply being fit meant that Maupay could stay on the bench.

Dobbin: Outstanding, ran his socks off for the first hour and should have had the full 90 IMO. Just needed that chance to get his goal but did everything right around the pitch. A real bright spark in what was a bit of a flat afternoon, hoping that Dyche plays him more and more as the season goes on and with some experience should be slotting some nice goals away for us.

The problem is when we are struggling for goals the pressure to score becomes huge, and when chances fall to players who aren’t natural goal scorers they have a tendency to choke under the pressure. Get a natural scorer in and we will be alright, I’d like to think Lukaku has watched our last 2 home games and told his agent get me back to Everton I could get 25-30 goals easily.

    😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
