    So, he gave an interview to one of the biggest and oldest newspapers (Milliyet) in Turkey. Let me try to translate the relevant parts of it;

    P. S. Please excuse typos and grammar mistakes if there are any.
    P. S. #2 Oh I've missed some parts at the end. Below;

    Many thanks for that! 24 out of 25 pens eh? I think we've found Leighton's successor.

    Had the linesman had his glasses on we'd only have got one point from today and people would be moaning their heads off. Neither keeper made any saves of note.
    10 men and we barely tested their keeper, we let them back in the game and never really had hold of possession. No stats necessary the game was terrible, only people to ever bother rewatching that will be Tosun's kids.

    Rooney was better than anyone else IMO but my vote goes to my fellow Turkish lad Cenk, just to celebrate his first more than 1 goal scored game.

    it should be yellow IMO, I don't think it was intentional but hopefully, it'll be a wake-up call for the team. They were terrible so far. Bad passes, bad first touches...

    Walcott fuck up another great chance but then puts in a decent ball which Tosun does brilliantly to score.

    Or he has managed him perfectly

    I’m not an Allardyce fan by and means but his handling of Tosun has been spot on. The lad was clearly not fit enough when he first came over and taking him out of the firing line and getting him up to speed on the training ground instead of just throwing him in at the deepens is now paying dividends

    That’s what happens when you play a player in his proper position. Weird that!

    It was great to see Baines is back and made an impact out there. Bolasie was pretty good actually today and when your wings are working like this, you'll get chances to score.
    Everton played good today and I am happy to see that Cenk scored a good goal but something bugged me during the game. Those back passes from the midfielders to the defenders while frontline getting into their positions for a possible move. I've seen a lot of nonsense back passes.
    Good game, good win.

    I hope the board send this knob head back under the rock he crawled out of.
    I am so embarrassed that this fella has been associated with our football club. A minute of association would’ve been too long. Moshiri and anyone involved in his appointment will need to do a lot to win back trust.

    How can I put this another way.....
    Any player making that goal saving challenge will have broken their leg.  No ifs and buts... it's a leg breaker.
    So unless all other players lack his anticipation or bottle then any one of our squad could have had their leg broken.  Unfortunately for McCarthy he is one of only a few who cares enough to get around and challenge.

    Fotomac (source of the news according to the website) is not a reliable newspaper in Turkey. Some of their well-known news are as below;

    - Ibrahimovic to Galatasaray
    - Galatasaray making move for Alex Ferguson (haha!)
    - Galatasaray offered 80m $ for Zidane and Zidane is up for a new challenge at Galatasaray. (While he was in top form at Real Madrid)
    - Fenerbahce bid for Pepe (while he was at his best for Real Madrid)
    - Van Nistelrooy to Galatasaray
    - Henry to Fenerbahce
    - Raul to Galatasaray
    - Buffon to Galatasaray

    I wouldn't take any newspaper or website where Fotomac named as a source if I were you, even though Fat Sam involved in it.

    Almost certainly yes. Either City or Arsenal will win the League Cup tomorrow, so that means 1 more league place (6th) gets opened up, since they will both qualify for the Champions League (City) or Europa (Arsenal probably) through their league place. Then we just need someone from City, Spurs or Chelsea to win the FA Cup and 7th place gets the final Europa spot.
