I've never seen a player more one footed than Dwight McNeil, to the point where it actually amazes me that he bypassed enough scouts and coaches to make it professional.

It's embarrassing that a professional footballer can't do anything with their weaker foot.
I actually hesitate to call it a weaker foot because, in his case, it's utterly non-existent.

I really don’t get it either. I understand having a preferred foot, but is he really so one-sided that he can’t do anything with his right? You’d think a professional would at least be able to shoot with it somewhat. He absolutely refuses to try anything with his right, and it’s bonkers. 

If only he could hit the ball with his right foot, he would be so much better, I really can’t get my head around the fact that he’s clearly never put any effort into developing some form of ability with his right ( other than propping himself up)

He was excellent yesterday. 
Tough in a tackle. He can beat a man and get a cross in. Works his socks off.
He is simply this Years  Iwobi. He has been a revelation under Dyche. Totally different player.

He played well yesterday and stuck to the task he'd been given despite his very obvious limits. I think he's not very good, but if he continues to put in a shift and stick to what he does well, it'll do for now.

I think we all know I’ve got a very specific annoyance when it comes to lazy players.  I actually think under Rafa he did put in some hard yards cos Rafa won’t have it.  
 
I believe that along with Gordon the two of them dropped off under lampard and for me their attitude wasn’t on point.

Still only 24 plenty of time for him to make a comeback and turn his footballing career around, you never lose your natural ability just your fitness and belief, if he can get them back and he was as good as people are saying then he has a bright future ahead of him. Personally I wish well and hope he gets to realise his dreams of making it as a professional footballer. 

George green. I play golf with someone who got to coach him, he said his talent was ridiculous. This was after he was released by Everton. 

Drugs.
He went into a massive downhill spiral. Drug addiction was the main culprit.
Was a player I followed closely as he was a star in the making. Still follow his twitter profile and he is continually warning people of the perils of not staying grounded and thinking yourself a star.

According to the oracle that is Wikipedia it was indeed Bradford, in 2011; and the money was £300k potentially rising to £2m (don't imagine it rose much)with a £45k signing on fee.
Left in June 2015, an electrician now it seems.

Yeah fair play to him. As much as I may critique him as being not as good as others think - he’s shown loyalty here. 

Yes mate. He is already out asset and this will mean his value has increased, which in turns helps out pnl. 
If we still owed money on the asset it would be under depreciation. 
But football is a strange business and assets can actually go up. 

At a time when nobody could really blame him for jumping ship and pushing to go to a team in or challenging for CL football, he has shown loyalty and good respect to the club.
Him signing back up is a great 'positive', when the club is in need of any it can get.
He will be well paid, but about to go in to the final 12 months, he could have got himself cracking deal.
Refreshing to see a player show some faith in the club. Especially after the last window.
