That would be if they were acting as a middle man. Before player power a club would contact an agent for help getting rid of a player. They are doing services for the club. 
But these days in football it's more common for a player to have sole representation, with the player paying for his agents services, usually % of the wage. Madness that they even ask for a fee from the buying clubs, even more so that the club's pay it.
For tax purposes HMRC soft on it and let them get away with it on a dual services basis.

Agree here. Started well but by the end of the season he was getting beat regularly and was a liability at times. Age catches up with us all. I’ll be glad to have a healthy JPG and Davies if his late season form proves to be the new normal.

Going off his latest Instagram story it doesn’t seem like he’ll be leaving this summer. Posted about signing for us on this day in 2018 and that the best is yet to come.

And he's the one that'll be given the least amount of leeway by fans. The whole situation makes no sense and, for me, shows Moshiri hasn't got a scooby doo what he's doing.

£100 isn't an unsubstantial amount of money but most of us waste more than that in a week.   If many debates / challenges were settled this way imagine how much money would be raised. 
To not honour a charity bet - it's pretty much the same as taking money out of a charity box imo.
