But there were reports of his bad attitude towards supporters, we also witnessed his half hearted performances in pre season basically throwing his dummy out the pram his managers now talk about his change in attitude, so for me he did in have a bad attitude and in some ways down tools, but that's all over now and he seems to have turned the corner and excepted that he is part of the team and in Silvas plans which is what we all want.

Paul is right why would Silva and the international coach come out with the comments they have if everything's been rosy with him.

Has pretty good skills and an abundance of energy, but he must play inside not on the wing.

You can see there is a great player there, I honestly think he isn'tt 100% fit yet hence why he has yet to complete a game. Once he gets his first goal his confidence will grow and we'll see an even better player.

I know it’s the Everton way to find a whipping boy but FFS give the lad a chance. As Pad says he was out for a long time and he is just bedding in, give him time
I think he gives us balance and he is  contributing already. Brilliant dribble to the byline and cross for Richarlisons goal at Leicester . Good run off the ball to take the defender away then good one two with Sigurdsson for Richarlison goal at home to Brighton prove he can beat his man and that he doesn’t just play it back

This is the part of the forum where people discuss players who don't play for Everton.

Pleased that Mina kept his place he's an Everton player and after last week's performance deserves to.

You do realise if he refuses a call up and refuses to play he runs the risk of being banned from playing club football? It was Ireland calling him up when he was clearly unfit that ruined him for those seasons for me. His last injury was a freak accident that was no one's fault (swerve the Morgan shouts there).
I'd rather take the risk of keeping a quality midfielder and him getting injured again then selling him to a shite team for buttons and him shinning there. He is better than Morgan, Besic, Beni( still don't know what people see in him) and Davies so its a no brainer for me.

Heartbreaking the devastation and ruin it all caused on so many levels
Brave men women and kids some of whom joined up under age to fight for a just cause
I couldn't even imagine putting myself in their shoes, the bravest generations to have lived in my eyes

If anything, I don't think that they offer as much in defense, and attacking is where they're strongest. I'm not really a fan of 5 at the back myself either, but if used correctly it can be more attacking than a 4-3-3 in some cases.

He did look a bit clumsy when he got close to the opposition but that could be the calibre of the opposition and being rusty.

I thought he did well for his first game this season he should be in front of Zouma who is on loan and will more than likely be gone at the end of the season. So let Mina have every opportunity to fit into the team and strike up a partnership with Keane

He looked good in preseason but when the opposition got tougher and the games took on more importance he settled back into his usual level of performance.
At a push I would have him over Schneiderlin just because of his attitude and mobility but I ultimately they are both players we need off the wages and out of the squad in order to make way for someone better.

Yeah I actually don't think player for player we are that far off - just the mentality against those big teams. We need a Derby win to turn it around in sure that'll give us a huge boost.
