I do the same as a Sole Trader too. I'll pay what is due in Tax but I'll reduce it as much as possible. But then, however I decide to do that will be taxed somewhere along the way anyway.

It's a good way to keep the money flowing I guess.

But I'll still say that PLCs will do all they can to pay as little tax as possible.

That's just business.

When you bring in rules, but have no guidance as to how to punish breaches of said rules...this is what happens.

A great big guessing game and contradictions.

....tax avoidance is why mega sized companies don't seem to make as much profit as we would believe.
