I think it’s just another case of disappointment. I was excited to see an open and transparent response to the select committee. To find out it was just more cloak and dagger cover up from Masters left me not wanting to even talk about it. If anything it has me even more concerned about the appeal and the second charge. We should have just done what City did and tell them to fuck right off.
I can’t get my head around the “right way” to do things is to have the club lose more money (millions) so they can appear differently on a balance sheet. A process designed to promote sustainable business, which has done nothing but cost the club millions in legal representation, millions in reputation damage, and ultimately millions in prize money. Sustainability?
I think the City route is exactly what clubs will do from now on.
And why not? Even away from this we live in a world where honesty is very rarely treat fairly.

How bizarre that the PL responded to the questions asked by that government committee and not one of you has even mentioned it!
To be honest, didn't even know! It doesn't seem to have been well covered...as is par for the course with the PL and their 'partners'.

He's the footballing equivalent of a false economy. He has a strike partner but scores goals and his team are overrun else where.
dont like Kyle walker but equally I think Maupay is a prick trying to goad him about his affair
What...you don't think a bloke who is married with a few kids, fucks another lassy, has a kid with her, pays her off and has nothing to do with that kid. Then while his wife is pregnant with their 4th kid, 'accidentally' fucks the other lassy again 'once' after a chance meeting, for her to have their 2nd kiddie...
Doesn't deserve some goading?

Looking at the images of the bars, restaurants etc, they look class.
Any of you guys got any packages?
This is exactly what the club needs...so long as we, 'the club', get to reinvest the proceeds (which is the part I'm feeling massively doubtful about, unfortunately).
But, the stadium, facilities etc are going to be a huge leap for loyal fans, visitors etc.

We fight on
It's easy to forget how far we've come because of where we have to see ourselves in the table.
Stabilise this season. March on next year.

Can someone get a message to Richarlison, something like...
'You can go off people you know...'
We're doing what we can. We're not as solid at the back as we can be, Tarks and Pickford both off to a slow one.
Going forward it's the usual. We get there, look fab, then don't have the quality in and around the final 3rd/Box.
Just need that little nudge of quality and uts a different story.

Can we all do some sort of rain dance for DCL to score?
I feel once he gets THAT goal, the heavens will open up.
Fuck me, we need him to find it ASAP!

With every passing game it gets harder and harder for me to deny there’s some sort of agenda against us. That penalty decision tonight was scandalous. VAR didn’t intervene because they deemed his arm to be by his side…
Just fuck off you clowns.
I didn't/haven't seen it but I've seen an image...his arm is so far out from his side. Fuckin strange thing is this VAR.

Absolute fuckin farce.
Biggest, richest league in the world and they can't even bring in a legal team to at least advise them on how they should set up their own regulations?
They haven't even bothered to think about how the system will work should a charge be brought forward...
A club could have a shite year...and be charged for that shite year 3 years in a row under the current system.
Each time costing the club more money and putting them in a worse position.
Fuck me.
There should be people handing in their notice on this.

Good grafting draw that.
Love our attitude these days. Proper go toe to toe with anyone and everyone...we've missed that for years.
Even the famous Dogs of War didn't finish games with 2 players bloodied and still on
Yeah, our passing is frustrating and having a seriously out of form striker is likely costing us just now.
The attitude though....ooooooh yeah!
-
That's an out of form strikers effort...

Danjuma just won't pass in those positions

Right before I sign off to avoid the usual shite that I can already smell lurking...
That was piss poor.
From everyone. Dyche. The players. The tea lady.
It's not often we have lost and can say we were well off it, today is one if those times though.
Deserved nothing.
The players do need to keep their belief though. It's too easy to let confidence slip and let little petty arguments creep in on the pitch.
I'm sure Dyche will remind them of the good they've done this season. And hopefully tear up the 5 at the back blueprint!
We'll be sound this season. We were always going to hit a sticky patch. We're in it.

Ah we've fucked it today.
Formation hasn't worked.
Players can't find the energy to press at the same intensity.
Nothing is working.
-
Keane hasn't got the 'Branthwaite-Tarks' memo...throw your body in there at every opportunity!
-
Didn't expect much from this game.
Tough fixtures over the busy Xmas period, we were always gonna struggle.
-
An inform, confident DCL slots that first time.
He really needs a goal from somewhere.

Good solid performance.
I guess my gripe with us, as is often the case, is how often our players don't read each others movements or obvious passing options/intentions.
Too often our play breaks down because of this. Good passes end up looking shite.
2nd half will see if it was City being shite or us being fab.
