Sunderland (Away)

Credit to is playing away. Their players surround the ref at half time over nit getting a free kick on the half way line.

That's desperation.

We haven't really got out of first gear yet but have still created about six good opportunities.

Second half with a bit more once on our passes we could easily blow these apart.

Half time arrives and still no score. Bottom place team that we haven't managed a goal against in 135 minutes this season as it stands. Seems a lot of fouls up there today and messy play but haven't got the benefit of watching live action. Really need those two extra points from today to keep the fourth place objective up and running. They can't do us twice this season can they ?

Let's pick this up and go out second half and get this fucking done with. All due respect to the opposition, these are the very teams we should be beating if we are to take that last CL place.

Deulofeu has had a few passes he's screwed up. But, if memory serves correct, it's because nobody is moving. Osman needs to come off for somebody who will run at Sunderland. This is a Barkley game if there ever was one. I'm also not sure if this game is suiting Naismith. Though he has had some good moments. He's not finding space back there. We need someone on who can run with the ball and force the issue.
