Shukes
Ross Barkley. Goal Efforts on goal Created chances Worked hard And oh God another one.. And did he just do that?
evilweevil666
Lennon. Put us ahead when we looked like we couldn't finish, won the penalty to finally see a game out, and tracked back defensively during our worst periods of the game. Lowensda
Ross. Give him the armband Roberto.
nogs
Gave it to Ross on Sunday, thought he just edged Lennon mainly due to a storming second half. Going the other way tonight, Lennon was a pest for their defence all night, thought Barkley had a shocking last 15 before the two pens, suddenmy forgot how to pass. Close again though. Honourable mention to McCarthy, we're a different team with him in the side.
Blueherts
Lennon for a tireless performance. In their faces for the full 90 mins. Big mention to the barcodes goalie though, could have been 5 or 6 without him.
markjazzbassist
Lennon. Ross close second and Mccarthy as well.

Newty82
Could have been Lennon for his relentless running.... But went Barkley. He does frustrate when he tries to do to much, but tonight he was everywhere and involved in everything. He dropped back to pick the ball up, he took it forward, he linked up well, created chances. I thought he looked brilliant and confident today. Really good to see (mostly!!!). We'll played.

JoeQuince
Lennon. But, a virtual tie between him and Lennon. Honorable mentions to McCarthy and Cleverley

Cornish Steve
Lennon. But, a virtual tie between him and Lennon. No wonder he looked to be all over the pitch.
Shukes
Lennon. But, a virtual tie between him and Lennon. Honorable mentions to McCarthy and Cleverley I'm not sure. I thought Lennon was excellent But I thought Lennon was shite. Romey 1878
duncanmckenzieismagic
Again it was between Lennon and Barkley and again I think Barkley edged it because Lennon faded second half
JoeQuince
Well, fuuuuuck me! I chose Lennon. Meant to say it was a virtual tie between him and Barkley. I was a special combination of tired, hungry and pumped up from the win. Lennon was great though, too!
efc1111
Ross was excellent and it was good to see him keep going when things weren't going right for him, rather than hide like he did at times last season, but MoM for me is Aaron Lennon. He netted when it looked as though we never would, worked his little socks off, and seems to lift the whole team. Honourable mention for James McCarthy, who closed down anything that moved and looked right back to his best. Hopefully the enforced rest has done him good and he'll finish the season in good form.
