JoeQuince
Much better move. Gueye was unfortunate. But, we're stationary in possession. The way Barry just lost the ball proves that point...
Shukes
Southampton 7 shots at goal - Everton 0 - not good enough. Something is wrong. 1 ballooned effort over the bar is our only effort? This is bad.

MikeO
So sloppy, be very surprised if it's still only one at half time.
Sibdane
Terrible. Embarrassing. So many other negative adjectives to describe what's happening right now.
JoeQuince
Barkley loses ball again Yeah. And, what exactly would you have liked him to have done with that ball? There were literally no options for him, because NOBODY IS FUCKING MOVING.
chalkpie
Do we have a player that can dribble around a defender? I'm not even joking here. Geri?
Guest rusty747
This is player power in action again. They want Koeman out. His training methods are too intense for them and they want their lemon drizzle cake back. Moshiri must be brave now and back his manager and cast out the bad influences at the club. Give the youth players a chance too. I wish I didn't agree with you but I am afraid I have to.
Palfy
I've seen some shite teams in my 51 years of following Everton, but I'm struggling to remember one that every week for nine weeks have been constantly outplayed.

Peter H
should have done better with that Barry

JoeQuince
Do anything but give it to Southampton All I'm saying is that there are 11 players out there, and it's pointless to single out someone for losing the ball if not one of them is showing for it. Romey 1878
We are fucking awful. Still yet to see this pressing side we've supposedly become. Lazy and lethargic is what we are. Oh and I'd be very tempted to replace the entire defence. Coleman is a dope that can't cross. Jags is finished. Williams flatters to deceive in my book. Injuries and age have well and truly caught up with Baines. Still think his return is going to transform us, MJB?
johnh
The only way we can keep possession is to pass it sideways, or more often, backwards. Every time we play a forward pass we lose possession. Barry should have made more of the free header, should have headed it back into the six yard box. Other than that we are crap. Sideliner
Bolasie on the left is a waste - bring Mirallas on - move Bolasie to the right and Barkley off and Deulefeu in the middle

Isaiah
Playing absolutely terrible, but have had 4 great chances to score (Gana twice and the headers from Barry and Barkley). Southampton by far the better team - good passing, well organised defence - but no real chances other than the goal. As crap as we are right now, I see us getting something out of this game. Hafnia
And people thought good old honesty was what this club needed.... we've got a manager who isn't arsed about the job. Mutual termination. Gwlad
Shukes
Because that's the players he has. Bring on mirralas and put him up top with rom, we'll see a massive difference.
Palfy
Take Barkley off stick Delli on in the middle take off Lennon put Mirallas on the left and Bolasie right Sideliner and Elston Gunnn
Keith B
Because that's the players he has. Bring on mirralas and put him up top with rom, we'll see a massive difference. I agree with this. He's not got better options, is why. Though that is very scary because if there aren't academy players who are better than this lot, it's going to get worse.
