I wonder what would happen if Usain Bolt ran through some of these speed limit areas at his top speed of 44.72 km/h. To be honest 20 mph around schools is perfectly understandable, but that speed on all roads in built up areas is not necessary imo but would make a good in speeding fines for the treasury.
