I was actually convinced that Benitez was going to take him off to be honest, he seems to have a knack of taking off Gordon whenever he looks like doing something. It’s sad but he had to be that player as no one else took up the reins. Gray is a lot more consistent than I ever thought he would be, dangerous throughout. Keane at the back was a strange one.
