Only Gordon and Gray looked like they gave a shite, Anthony getting my MOTM as he scored a brace to keep things from getting embarrassing.

I was actually convinced that Benitez was going to take him off to be honest, he seems to have a knack of taking off Gordon whenever he looks like doing something.

Gordon. Kept at it and his desire showed through in the end.

Allan was trying to be that an or that everything went through. It’s sad but he had to be that player as no one else took up the reins.

Gray is a lot more consistent than I ever thought he would be, dangerous throughout.

Keane at the back was a strange one. Could be blamed for goals, but also would have been more of not for him.
