I’m happy to see this, he’s always impressed me when I’ve seen him at Goodison or on TV, hopefully he’s fit and ready to go soon.

Fine margins, he could have had 3 but for Leno. Am I frustrated with him, yes, but he was in a position of scoring, a significant improvement on previous showings.

Gave my vote to Young, just ahead of Garner.

Yesterday was really frustrating, it was a game we should have won, and quite comfortably, unfortunately for us Leno played a blinder keeping Doucoure, Maupay and Iwobi from scoring, Patterson should have done better with his chance that hit the bar.

I still can’t see anything wrong with the disallowed goal, Leno got that all wrong for me, referee was shocking. Another day and we would have had the 3 points, let’s hope it doesn’t repeat itself.

I’ve watched him closely during game warmups, he acts as if he is Messi, doing flicks, tricks and generally showing off, it would have been nice if he focused on being a decent defender.

Me too, until I remember how frustrating he is, moments of brilliance inserted in to long periods of running down blind alleys and not passing to his full back, I’d much rather have someone who’s more consistent ATM.

Given our situation this seems like a sensible move, age aside he’s fit and a decent player, 1 year deal realistic on our part.

Palfy, I think he’s using the B ( afraid to say it in full ) reference to illustrate what he was able to do with what he has inherited, a small, mismatched squad, and little funds to add in the immediate future, he worked on small funds at club at didnt have a great pull, exactly where we’re at ATM. 
Job 1 done - retain PL status

Job 2 improve on what he’s been given and can get, let’s see how he gets on.
