I’ve kept out of this in the main, other than doing the pre game protests and sit in after Southampton until now.
The owner and the board have failed in their duties without doubt.
But do we really know who we were interested in and taking to other than Danjuma?
Aubamayang is being touted on another thread, with reports by press included, that he can’t play for another team this season shows how they just throw names out, and we get suckered in to thinking it’s going to happen.
If and when Thelwall comes out and says I was after XYZ players, and they didn’t want to come because we were toxic, that’s the time to get pissed off with it, not now with easy press talk IMO.

We got the ball in attacking areas and were always looking to get it in the box. 
We made the Arsenal defenders have to defend. That brought corners, which creates pressure.
I thought we were fantastic all game.  Simple and structured. 4-5-1.  Hard work, passion and desire. 
Probably deserved to win by a coupe of goals.

Today we saw the player I hoped we had bought. He did more in the first 20 mins today than in the previous 20 games.

His best game in our shirt. 
Worked his ass off and helped in defence, but also took a man on and got crosses in. Totally different player to what we’ve seen.

I'm all for being optimistic, and I feel positive about Dyche, but lets just get clear of relegation first before we talk about top 10!

Ref was awful, early in first half, one of the arse defenders had both arms around Dom’s neck as they went up for a ball, totally ignored, it really felt like there was an agenda in favour of the top teams going on to me.

It was simple football by Dyche and the clearest change was when we lost possession every man raced to get back into a defensive set up and not allowing Arsenal the freedom to play through us, no one was just strolling back as we have been guilty of in the past, even DCL not once was he caught offside through laziness, then when the time was right we pressed as a team not just 2 or 3 which forced them back which they aren't use to, and when they surrendered possession we were in their half in force, I honestly can't remember the last time I've seen so many blue shirts in and around the oppositions box. The biggest challenge for any manager is getting all the players to accept and carry out your instructions, Dyche in his first game managed to do that, which says a lot about his man management skills, and yesterday's result will have reinforced into the players heads that he knows his stuff and they will willingly follow his instructions. When they came off at halftime Steve Stones waited to congratulate every player with a pat on the back for the way they had performed, nothing clever or hard about that, but again so simple and yet so effective players thrive off of recognition of a job well done. I think Dyche and his team are going to get the best out of these players as individuals and a team, whether that is good enough to keep us up remains to be seen, but at least we won't have failed for lack of trying and that should be a massive comfort for every Evertonian watching players living up to our motto.  

It’s almost like we were the better team, against the best team in the country. Madness!!!

A small boom !

We certainly didn't just kick them. We shut them down and we were aggressive, but in no way were we over the top. If anything they were the dirtier side.

If he plays for us with this heart like Richi did then if he leaves in the future he will go as a Goodison hero.

If we finish anywhere remotely close to the top half (which, spoiler, we won't), all the credit goes to Dyche and his team, the players and supporters.
