I would hold fire on the term big success,a long way and a couple of years before he reaches those levels.

I fully understand all the doom and gloom, but there is no way we will go down one win will do it, and as bad as we are there is a lot worse below us.
But this man has to go i dont understand why its not happened yet, we have got to start planing for next season now.
