Qatar are absolutely abysmal and wouldn't look out of place in League Two or even the National League, they're second to everything and so off the pace with an erratic 'keeper for good measure. Wouldn't surprise me if they fail to score in this tournament which would be exactly what they deserve.

I don't know how in depth these stories truly are though. Did we actually attend Sporting matches and decline Ronaldo, or was it simply that we probably got passed his name on a post-it note (along with thousands of others) and decided against it.
