I really enjoyed watching him push Christensen into the next postcode when he was going head to head with Gordon.

I was made up he got an assist to really hammer home his influence. It's something he needs improve on so he has something to show for how well he's playing. I think we'll see more of that once Gana arrives and he can play further forward.

Seems to have got off to a good start in Turkey.

We may not have been amazing with the ball, but bloody hell every single one of them has put a shift in tonight.

    My spelling apparently!
But as I said, less money and more wages with our finances doesn't make any sense at all.

Oh I know, Bent did well for us but Maupay is a lot better than Marcus Bent.

Iwobi man of the match again.
Pleased that Onana kept going. Fleetwood seem to be a team very much in the image of their manager. Yard dogs.
Pretty impressed with Warrington, and Mills.

Desperately need a focal point for our attack. Got into some decent positions today, but it felt like we were so hesitant to have a dig.

My assumption is that Frank is doing things properly; focus on our next game, best players play.

Fat fingers tapped 44.5 but still quoted as 42.5 on Sky Sports earlier.

Forest have agreed a £42.5m fee with Wolves!!!
Personally, I feel like the line has just moved on any potential fee for Gordon, and Forest have had their pants pulled down over this deal.

Difficult to not get excited about this kid.
Comes across really well, and pretty level headed.
Nice on Rom for putting a word into the lad aswell.

I disagree - I think Watkins is a class all-round player - better overall than Calvert-Lewin. Finishing at times lets them both down. Don’t think we’ll get him but if there was a chance of loan to buy then I’d be all over it.

Nervous about every single transfer we have been involved with until it's confirmed and they're on the pitch.
Manny Fernandes 'deal' years ago is imprinted on my psyche forever.

really enjoyed that video and discussion.
Easy to see why Frank has such a high IQ, seems a very thoughtful and intelligent person. He definitely has all the attributes to be a very good man manager, and you can see that building a squad full of people with the right attitude and character are very high on his agenda.
He was also talked a lot about alignment of all at the club to be aiming for the same goals and having a clear pathways on getting to them.
I think given the right amount of time, I think he will get this club to the right end of the table. Interesting the comment about Sir Alex and his view a reasonable cycle in football is 4 years to get wholesale changes implemented. Arteta will be going in to his 4th year in December, so that rings quite true.
I think we really have to stick with Frank and his team, through ups and downs over the next 2 or 3 years at least and remember the low base from which he has started. Change and improvement might take a bit of time, but I get the feeling its going to be done right.
