Controversial opinion: he works hard, but he’s not clinical enough.
We need a creative or opportunistic striker given our poor squad.

Beyonce's new album, Cowboy Carter. I think it's kind of a masterpiece. The variety in style and genre across the album is something I've never heard her do.
There's the obvious country influences and her usual r&b, but there's heavy singer/songwriter vibes, straight pop songs, folk. She even busts out what I can only describe as an operatic aria at one point.
    Highly highly recommend for all.

This is all getting so frustrating. Given the limbo we are in then, a new owners should give the same 'bounce' effect as a new manager coming in to the club. We are in danger of even missing out on this short term 'positive' of a new enthusiastic owner coming in to the club.
We are counting every point at the moment - so any sort of 'boost' would be very much welcome. This short term 'bounce' could easliy be worth 6 points or more - we have not been massively outplayed in games, and results have been down to fairly tight margins, I feel the optomisum of a new ownership permeating around the club could have been massivley beneficial in the bad run of results we are in.
If the PL are taking their time over this because there focus has been on FFP hearings, then we really have had the shit end of the stick with double whammy of a points deductions (or two!), and currently missing out on a potential new optomisum bounce.
I cant wait for this season to be finished and it fuck all to do with the football or board at the club this time around. All pretty much down to the PL and the fact its as poorly run as Everton football club has been run in the past. As fans we have suffered our own internal shortcoming, but we also seem to be the fans suffering the most from PL shortcoming as well.

Thought I wouldn't be writing in this topic much 🙈
It feels very much in our own hands fixture wise. 8 games to go. 5 of those against teams in 15th, 17th, 18th, 19th & 20th.
Really hope that, even though it was a penalty, DCL gets a boost in confidence. A nice 5 or so goals could make a big difference for us.
All in absolute hope of course!!!

Outstanding MOTM performance, and what impressed me most was that he kept his head whilst being jeered at all night, something he’s fallen foul of previously. He does seem happy here so as long as we maintain PL status I can see him staying for long time to come.

Sibdane reacted to Palfy in Sean Dyche
Dyche needs to be braver in his team selection, we need to have players in and around the midfield that have the ability to receive the ball in tight positions and then have the ability to move it on without giving it away.
All so we have stop the long balls from Pickford and Tarkowski as our favourite means of attack, they do us more harm than good, yes clear the ball long when it’s the best option of defending, but not as a tactical decision.
Dyche got lucky today that Pickford wiped is arse for him.
Next game let’s see a team selected to win the game and not just defend it.

Poor from DCL that. Should have been a big chance there.

The problem is we have a side full of players with the same weaknesses. No finishers, no creative passers.

I don’t think any player has been shocking imo, Beto probably the worse but he doesn’t stop working hard.

As a team we are shite.
Need 2 up top 2nd half

He probably could have come for it but I still don't think that takes anything away from the fuck up from Coleman.
But it's not something I'll hold against him at all. Others in this team would brush that off like it was nothing but he won't. He's as big an Evertonian as any of us on here.

Seamus has always had an error in him, just terrible luck that it happened today.  He still best RB we have and has to start next match.  Was good most of the match.

It’s poor defending from all 4 for a relatively easy ball in. Pickford definitely could have taken that, he had a pretty average game today to be fair. However it’s really poor from Coleman defensively.

Pickford probably could’ve claimed that. Unlucky for Coleman when we’ve all been crying out for a change at RB.

If Stones was £50m then inflation alone should push Jarrad closer to £100m, as well as being better than Stones was at this age.

Yep English football is fucked, it’s already gone past the point of no return and is only going to get worse
It’s not just the EPL, the same 6 teams are also now dominating the cup competitions.
In these PSR cases the EPL keep talking about fairness and integrity but the EPL is anything but. If it’s fairness and integrity they want then that is only achievable by introducing a salary cap and applying same rules to all 20 teams

If John Stones sold for £50M way back in 2006, then as the owner club I would I'd be slapping a nice round £100m valuation on him - He's a CB that a club could built a whole team around for a decade plus. He is already part of one of the tightest defences in the Premiership and chips in with goals- and argubley first name on our teamsheet. Pay up of fuck off.
Other clubs are cashing in on £100m transfer fees for in demand player and we should be doing the same.
