c1982 Posted January 19, 2015 Report Share Posted January 19, 2015 I'm going with Stones - didn't put a foot wrong and actually showed a bit of drive. Besic was brilliant but he slowed too many attacks down, like Barry, like Barkley. We need McCarthy in alongside preferably Besic but probably Barry to bring that drive back. On Barkley... Moyes was accused of putting shackles on him but Martinez is Josef Fritzl in comparison! Final point... we miss Deulofeu so so much. He wasn't amazing for us but games like tonight he could be the difference. We need 2 wingers desperately as Naismith is turning back into Moyes era Naismith stuck out wide. So Stones it was. Besic was immense though. Just gets better. Energy, tackles, tidy touches and passes. Thinking about it...wrong choice from me. Oh well.
