pete0
Gana is a joke. Shouldn't be starting over Davies.

Cornish Steve
Why is Kane unmarked again and again? This is basic stuff.

chalkpie
I've already asked this a few times even though the season just virtually started: where in the fock do we go from here?
dunlopp9987
And to think, we were about 10 minutes away from starting the season on 6 points...seems a lifetime away now
chalkpie
I don't mean this with any sense if sarcasm: we look like we are in a different league, as in a Premier League team vs a Championship side. There is THAT wide a gap in quality.

pete0
Holgate must be livid sitting on the bench behind these three numpties.
Shukes
Koeman should throw on the new lad and give the fans a spark at least. But that takes thought.

I've seen far better performances from far worse Everton teams. Honestly, it looks like the players have absolutely zero confidence. To me, that says that Koeman is doing a shitty job. Cornish Steve
Of all the substitutions that could be made, I would not have thought of bringing on Vlasic.
Sev
Bloody disgrace playing with 2 dm's home. Ruins a lot for the offence. And this match shows the lack of skills of Koeman. To me it looks like he wants 10 midfielders and one goalie. Get the fuck back to basics what every damn footballer is brought up with. It's called 4-4-2... try it! It might just work. Granted that Spurs may have gotten confident after that first unlikely goal, but it's probably foolish to imagine that this is simply "one of those days." Rather, this is Everton v. the top 6. Compared to talented teams, we don't measure up in basic areas: crisp passing, relentless movement, accurate shotmaking.

Cornish Steve
MotM for me is Leighton Baines. Incidentally, he's the only man on the pitch who was playing on this team just two years ago.

When we put more runners in midfield, we are dynamic in possession. If we could play a 4-1-2-3 or 4-1-4-1, we could be an effective team.
