Fucking hell this is embarrassing. The lad is back after missing most of the season but he's not guaranteed himself the golden boot in 3 games back so let's sack him off. No wonder we're in a state when our own fans are more fickle than our owner. 

It’s positive steps isn’t it.   An exciting one this….could be a disappointment but let’s hope he finds his old form.

After the last few weeks I have no doubts over these players at all. Question if they fight? Yeah, they do!
You say we get walked though the middle, yet Chelsea, United, Arsenal and Liverpool all didn’t manage it. 
Hopefully the manager has more faith in them than you do. 
The players you named, as good as they were, won absolutely nothing at Everton. Not a thing. The players who are here now might, we don’t know yet, but the ones who have gone will never and have never lifted a trophy in an Everton shirt. 
You either don’t have a clue or you a blinded by your dislike for these players. Or maybe you just like the reaction, you like to say players who are rated highly are shit to get the argument going, I don’t see anything else that it could be.

I think he will kick on - would be ludicrous to sell him in January when DCL and Niasse are the alternative number 9s and Cenk has shown something here, if not consistently. Klaassen wasn't even getting into matchday squads..

They had 18 shots against Burnley which isn'tt an easy thing to do. I wouldn't expect this to be a walk over especially as we were bang average in that first half.

Whatever happens from now we're infinitely better than at any stage last year even without most of the new signings, promising.

I'd take him. I think he still has plenty of potential and he's technically gifted for sure. He just needs to find some consistency.

I would like to see the following players given a real chance to see is they could fit before we go writing them off and replacing them.
Besic. Alt to Gana with more attacking threat.
Holgate. He never let us down and I would love to see him get more game time.
Vlasic. Needs a goal or an assist and he could kick in. His mistakes are just age. Other teams and allow their young lads to grow worth them.
Dowell. Fallen out of favour towards the last third of the season at Forrest, but that could be more to them looking at their own players for next season.
DCL. The lad has ability, he just needs learn composure in front of goal.
Klaassen. Never looked as bad as made out. Even his cameos recently have been solid, if uninspiring.
Sandro. Did t really get a good chance to stake his claim. Give him a pre season and see if his attitude is here or elsewhere.

 All I see is the same as City when they started with their money; get a supposed up and coming manager, throw money around at average players, bully teams into submission via public persuit, fail for a couple of seasons before they got steady - all at the expense of what City was; the family club, the local club (at least from what I remember) and decent. Now they're a very sucessful business, no denying that, but they're just a business.
Don't get me wrong, I want Everton to be successful. But If Moshiri continues to treat us like a Football Manager 2017 team, we'll be fucked either way

I'd rather Silva, or even Dyche or Howe, but if Allardyce is what we need to stabilize us, then I will back the new manager 100%. Going down would erase all the positives Moshiri has brought (besides the disastrously assembled squad)

Dowell needs to stay where he is.

I wouldn’t sell Klaassen yet. Not until he has had chance to settle in and show what  he can do, or not do!

Actually no Haf I wouldn’t keep a shite manager in the job , I was all for sacking Martinez, Smith, Walker et al ,but I would give a good manager time to get it right

no one was mad we didn't get a striker and LCB?  what are you smoking?  Pretty much the whole transfer thread was everyone in the whole forum mad we didn't replace Mori and Lukaku.  Koeman himself wanted those things as well.  

Haf put your latest vendetta / obsession to one side for a moment because as usual you are letting it distort your memory . As I recall just about everyone was hugely disappointed that we never replaced Lukaku.
Walsh is supposed to be head of recruitment , including playing staff , so surely you can see Walsh is a part of that failure?
It’s not just Lukakus goals we are missing , he was the focal point of all our attacks , although you are probably still blind to that as well because of you previous obsession. So to not replace him is criminal , especially given the amount of time we had known he was going
He still had 2 years on his contract so we were holding all the cards , we should never have sold him if we didn’t have a replacement

I've not seen many La Gantoise games, but he was always good in those i've seen. He was elected best keeper of the season in Belgium, despite signing only last january. I think he would be a good option for Everton, 20 million is maybe a bit too much but as La Gantoise want to keep him (wich is not a surprise), i'm not really surprised by the amount...
