Good lord, can we just avoid relegation first  this is far from over. Let’s revisit on May 28.

Dyche needs some credit for the way he has managed DC! back to fitness and into the side, he resisted the urge to rush him back and risk further injury.

Sean Dyche is doing a decent job. The real issue is the same as it's been all season: We've had no proven striker. You can't expect to sell Richarlison and Gordon without bringing in effective replacements and hope to do well.

Watch his run from midfield, what we've needed so many times this season. Great ball and finish too.

Just the 89minutes and 20 seconds plus injury time to park the bus now.

Will continue to support him. That said the red flags are increasing with alarming frequency. To continue to play Keane, at all, is nothing short of appalling. Godfrey is not a fullback, and never will be. The lack of and, when they are made, questionable subs has serious Bobby Brown Shoes vibes.
If Keane starts at Brighton and anyone but Patterson is playing at RB I'll be f***ing fuming.

    Sums it up nicely
"If Everton are to survive to be part of the 2023-24 Premier League, they are going to have to stop being the masters of self-sabotage: cutting out errors that lead to goals, squandering big chances and gifting possession carelessly. In other words, quickly learn how to help themselves"

That was probably the end of his career tonight. What a fucking shame that would be.

That injury was nasty and might be the end for him; I pray it isn’t. He’s been an excellent captain and player for us on his day. He’s won us some points this season too, despite being past it. I hate the stick he gets, because he always gives his all and fights for the club. It’s not his fault we haven’t replaced him properly. I’ll be absolutely gutted if this is how he goes out. Whatever happens though, he’ll always embody the Everton way.

I would snap your arm off for 2 points from the next 2 games, we just need to still be in with a chance of survival by the time we play Wolves
I think Wolves and Bournemouth are both winnable, even for us

I do wish Southampton, Leeds and Forest would stop giving us opportunites to save ourselves. You just know we'll return the favour.

Roy has Palace scoring all kinds of goals.  Still SO disheartening that we have only scored 25 in the league this year.  That is TERRIBLE.  Way lower than all clubs in the Championship. Let's hope we do not go there... yikes. Kompany has got Sean's old team to put 82 goals so far this season. Wow. That is the same as Man City. Kind of surprised we are not already adrift at the very bottom.  The fact that there is still a chance to stay up is a (bleep) miracle.  I am dropping bricks as Monday approaches. Do I believe in magic? Unsure but we are certainly going to need a lovin' spoonful.

These are two symptoms of the same illness.  No one on here thinks Patterson is the savior, but he would at least provide natural balance.  Godfrey gives us nothing going forward and now he can't defend either, so there's no argument to keep playing him.  It has to be Coleman or Patterson on Monday.

Keane also needs to come back out.  He was back to his old riverboat ways today.  Mina comes in.

Make those two changes from the start, find a way to get the same energy we showed in the first 30 and we'll be competitive against a Leicester side that can't defend and has an attrocious keeper.  After that Dyche has to use his subs to affect the game.  He's been way off it of late.

Don't see a way out of this without 4 pts from the next two. Leicester is a can't lose regardless and a must win if we only manage a draw tonight. I think we should just be hoping we have something to play in the last match against Bournemouth.
