Embarrassed, disappointed and somewhat disgusted with the players and the staff really. What a game to forget.
Didn't expect point(s) here, but was hoping for a fight... I just feel ... empty.

What I will say is Gomes has been finished for 2 years and now he looks one of our better players.
that shows how bad we are we have gone down the pan.

We have but I don't get that vibe from him, never have.
We benefit from his 1 year extension too. But I do see where you're coming from.

We need to move away from players like Doucs if we are to progress as a club. Fantastic work rate but extremely limited footballer who limits the team. 130K is madness for the player he is.

6-0 & no idea where to go from this.
I think this is turning point for me on Dyche but I’m not sure if it’s knee jerk reaction.
Our squad is shit but we’ve shown patches in the season that we can be competitive but the trend is very much downwards.
Any manager is going to struggle to get this team playing fluid football but I doubt most managers will continually send a washed 38 yr old as a winger & expect results.
I’m absolutely guttered by this display, this is in no shape the Everton I envision. I can accept some lack of quality as long as it’s replaced by fight, passion & heart - which Dyche should be able in install but it’s clearly lacking.

The only reason I'm against brining in a new manager at the moment is that it wouldn't matter who we brought in. This squad doesn't even look good on paper no matter how you draw it up. They've been bad for a long, long time. Changing managers isn't going to solve anything just like it hasn't before in the past few years.

Players come and go but the same rotten culture remains, may as well be the same players.

I'm no fan of Dyche but you give Guardiola the job tomorrow and we're not pulling any trees up. The club is absolutely riddled with fuckery from top to bottom, and this is just a by-product of how bad we are.

I think a lot of people would love to replace Biden, myself included, but he's still a significantly better option than Trump. I find it crazy that someone would say that Biden is trying to destroy the US and that Trump isn't/wasn't. It was absolute chaos under Trump. He's the most polarizing president we've had in my lifetime by a wide margin. We are still feeling the negative effects of his one term. He's also a career criminal and should've been no where near the White House in the first place. The diehard Trump fans don't really care about politics or making the country better -- it's more about "owning the libs" to them.

Queue the weird Twitter Evertonians who will go into meltdown over this. I'm just happy to see that he's clearly on the road to recovery from what is a very traumatic set of experiences.

I know this is something that's been discussed on here but it's still worth looking at. Here's how things look towards the bottom of the table:

    14. Crystal Palace 30
    15. Brentford 29
    16. Everton 27
    17. Nottingham Forest 25
    18. Luton Town 25
    19. Burnley 19
    20. Sheffield United 16

And here's who each of those teams have left:
-Palace: Shite away, West Ham and Newcastle at home, Fulham away, Manchester United at home, Wolves away, Villa at home
-Brentford: Sheffield United at home, Luton Town and Everton away, Fulham at home, Bournemouth away, Newcastle at home
-Everton: Chelsea away, Nottingham Forest, Shite, and Brentford at home, Luton Town away, Sheffield United at home, Arsenal away
-Forest: Wolves at home, Everton away, Manchester City at home, Sheffield United away, home vs. Chelsea, Burnley away
-Luton Town: Manchester City away, Brentford at home, Wolves away, Everton at home, West Ham away, Fulham at home
-Burnley: Brighton & Hove Albion at home, Sheffield United and Manchester United away, Newcastle at home, Spurs away, Forest at home
-Sheffield United: Brentford away, Burnley at home, Manchester United and Newcastle away, home vs. Forest, Everton away, home vs. Spurs

So who ends up being the 3 getting relegated among that group?

I know that Palace does have a bit of a cushion but they've struggled for points recently and I know someone else on here mentioned that roughly half their points have come against the bottom 3 sides. I'd argue that Palace's remaining schedule does them no favors.

I rate Pickford but I would be shocked if a team was to pay £70 million for a keeper, especially a premier league team with this new found focus on FFP.
I agree Virginia looks to have potential but throwing him in to a bottom half team would be a massive risk.
Alex Meret of Napoli is somewhat rated & his contract expires this year.
Ideally I would keep Pickford but this is the business model thrown upon us now. I would sell Onana or Pickford, in that order before Branthwaite though.

Was a hugely embarrassing, verging on shameful, time for the club. I'd honestly have felt prouder to be an Evertonian in the Championship rather than have him at the club; as a Blue you get used to taking a bit of verbal, most of it you roll with because you know you have 150 of history and dignity that few clubs can match to fall back on.
For six months we lost that completely for me. Horrible time and a horrible man.

Well I’m guttered to see us lose points but that’s more to do with our recent poor run than the actual points. Another 4/6 points picked up in that run and we wouldn’t be stressed right now about relegation.
Earlier I said based off the 6 points deduction over 3 years that this deduction should be 2 given that 2/3 years have been accounted for.
However, when reading the reports and looking at the process - it’s an absolute farce. Asking for 5 points originally. They have wanted a total of 15 points off us this year, disgusting & absolutely out of proportion.
We do have to accept that we made our bed with the 2 charges this year given the dispensation given last season however, this second should never have eventuated due to double jeopardy & the actual structure of the charges.
I would have little issue with this is teams from 1st-20th are dealt with the same merit, however they clearly are not.
This is a time to rally together though, it’s been a tough couple of seasons at the foot of the table but staying up after all this is a massive fuck you to the PL. One that they undoubtedly deserve.

Exactly this, let’s now channel our anger into coming together and galvanising our strengths to beat the drop and stick to fingers up to the PL, as the saying goes don’t get angry get even, let the higher hierarchy of the club fight an appeal, let the team and fans fight to win every point available to us before the end of the season.
