Since we have put relegation woes behind us and Watford are having a mini crisis then it might be a good time to make a move for one of their players.

And their manager,  a big yes to Doucoure I think he's quite good, and he will get better.

I really like him - if we could shift Schneiderlin on and get this chap for about the same price then it would be good business in my opinion. I think a fully fit McCarthy could still be a real asset for us so would keep him and also sell Besic. I think selling (once we’ve got a left back!!!) is almost as important as bringing in new faces as, with only the league to focus on, this squad is far too big.

spot on, we need to move bodies sam already said the squad is too big and we will likely not be playing europa next year.  besic, niasse, jags, lennon, cuco, stek, all should be gone by the summer windows end.

We should get this one in and shift some of our medical problems, ie Besic and McCarthy.  Next injury for McCarthy is a career finisher, and tho I like Besic I wouldn't miss either of them if we could get this fella in, he reminds me of a young Patrick Viera.

He's a big lad and imposes himself in midfield and he also comes up with some cracking goals.

I'd go along with that plus he's got a great engine on him box - box all game

Besic doesn't have a game lol. He just sits on the bench every now and then. I think fans need to accept he will be going through the door very soon

Simply mentioned our box to box style midfielders pal - in order of depth as well. I’m convinced besic will move on personally.

It may have been moved or the address mistyped"

What did the article say? Seems to have been lost.

Would absolutely love him here I think its exsactly the type of player we need, especially under Silva if that happens.

He basically said he wouldn't disrespect Watford by signing for a club not as good, and would only leave for a better club.

Maybe he would leave for twice his wages and to work under a manager I presume he likes?

Did you see if it was direct quotes from him or could there be potential it was just made up?

Why even bother bidding for Watford players? Only one thing is going to happen.

One of two things; we get bids rejected or we get fleeced on the price

i think it might well happen, for a stupid price, as a way of settling any compensation for Silva. Either this guy or their Brazilian

We did the same wit Moyes and United! Albeit Moyes eventually got his way with Fellaini!

Not really. They offered a paltry fee for the pair of them, which we quite rightly turned down. If they'd offered a fair price in the first place we'd have done business with them right then no problem.

Should just have a look next year after they go down.

Don't get all the fuss on RLC. Completely outshone by Zaha and Milojević. RLC reminds me of Barkley on his off days.

He's Barkley with a brain more like

Ask any Palace fan and they will tell you he made them tick

'In the games he has played [at Crystal Palace], he has been almost our best player in every one of them.

'We have Wilfried Zaha of course, but he has certainly been on his coat-tails. I have not worked with many players better than Ruben Loftus-Cheek and what he can be.

'He has the chance to be a really top player at club and international level because he doesn't have any weaknesses.' Hodgson

That was the point I was making. He's thick like Barkley (well the Barkley with time to think). Wrong space and bad decisions was the main the I noticed. Seems to go through the motions in a game.

I think he is a very good player, but I know exactly what you mean. He seems to play within himself, very quiet and shy player. Every now and again he does something very good, but most of the time he seems to be scared to take risks..... complete polar opposite of someone like Deli ali.

I have followed this guy for a while now and I am not sure how reliable he is. I have noticed him mention things I have seen elsewhere first. He hadn't mentioned anything about Richarlison until it became common knowledge and then backfilled.

He gives me some hope though so I am going to keep following him! 😄

PSG are apparently in for him £45 mill they can have gana for that

Wasn’t there something going around saying they could spend more than £20m because of FFP?

I’m not worried this window, and don’t think the media has a clue who were actually after anyway
