Hafnia
Essien is back for them. 3-0 Chelsea. When plays, they play well. When he doesn't they look lost.
bluehuddo
Fuck It am going for a 2-0 win for us No logical reason except this is Everton and when we are down, that's when we seem to do our best(unfortunately)

coxy051
SAHA! grrrrrrrrr why o why and Jags starts with a slight injury! What does johnny h have to do to get given his chance at cb! Moyes an his favorits and playing players who are way off form is pissing me right off!
c1982
Saha's last decent game was vs Chelsea at GP last season - lets hope he does his full circle today!!!
bluemonkey
well at least we might be seeing rodwell play in centre midfield where he can hopefully be effective rather than out wide right
Bailey
Interesting selection by Moyes. Dont know how well Rodwell will cope against Chelsea's midfield, he could end up getting a little overpowered. I wonder if he will start and stay playing alongside Felli or whether him and Cahill will swap? Dissapointed to see Saha start, although as already mentioned it was against Chelsea last season that he had his last decent game for us. In fact at times that day he was unplayable. Neville back was an obvious choice but I think the Coleman selection will prove to be a negative one in trying to help Neville contain Cole & Malouda. Hopefully I am wrong and he is given license to raid forward but I doubt it. Very glad to see Osman back on the bench. I imagine he will come on towards the end of the game for Rodwell, especially if we are in with a shout of a point(s).
bluemonkey
coleman could hav a good game if given chance to go at cole, wayne routledge gave cole a serious headache with his direct runs at pace a couple weeks ago
Matt
Everton: Howard, Neville, Baines, Distin, Jagielka, Fellaini, Rodwell, Coleman, Pienaar, Cahill, Saha. thats not too bad a line up... almost identical to the one i said i would play, with the exception of Saha. I think Rodwell and Felli in the centre could give Chelski a hard time. Still, im not optimistic and will be happy with (yet another) draw... bluemonkey
looks like coleman has been told to stick tight to ashley cole, team looks much more composed with fellaini playing as a defensive midfielder

LexKing
Kit looks quality. Were thinking exactly same. I dont mind pink at all, but you need to WIN when you play in pink
Bailey
Looks like he should go!? Didnt see the incident in great detail, but surely Malouda lashed out/retaliated? Might not quite be as obvious as the felli and arteta incidents but should still be a sending off. Very poor challenge from Nevilel though. Bailey
hes been near it a couple of times i think lol says it all... We are getting some more posession but really dont look like doing anything with it. On the other hand Chelsea do, especially at corners! Ian C
FOR FUCKS SAKE THAT SHOULD BE A SENDING OFF FOR FUCKING ANELKA. He knocked the ball away and just ran straight at Howard. Utter disgrace.
Bailey
What the fuck is that Neville... Shocking Very lucky Howard hasnt been sent off... Although it was never a penalty in the first place! To be honest though we dont really deserve to be on level terms. bluemonkey
ah neville wot are you playing at, saw it coming as soon as he looked backwards as well, we're still in this tho, just dont concede again before half time
holystove
That wasn't a penalty .. he just runs right into Howard ... Could argue he even lost possession just kicking it towards returning Everton defenders.
nogs
Game over. I'm sorry but Moyes is an absolute clown - we haven't won in five playing Saha and Cahill up front, he talks about making changes this week and then what does he do? leaves it exactly the fucking same, and guess what? We dont look like scoring, again. I'm very quickly losing all confidence in the man.
LexKing
Defenselines error+Howards stupid rush out standing=penalty+goal. Howard should have been dive on the legs, dont think anelka would got past in that fast situation.
