Anglo-Scottish and Watneys were just for lower league teams Rubes.

 

Well I am not sure they ever won the anglo Scottish. But I can't say I have heard of the watney's.

 

On the face of it I suppose the Watney cup would be the favourite, but as I say I have never heard of it that I can remember.

One of the short lived strange ones like the Anglo Scottish Cup or Watneys.

 

I was at the Simod Cup final v Forest in '89, that was another pointless one (brought in during the Europe ban).

 

The Watney Cup, a pre-season competition for the highest League goalscorers which ran from 1970 to 1973.
