I don't know about anyone else but it's pissing me off hearing people in the media now saying "Everton have got back the lost 10 points" and similar nonsense statements.

No, those points are gone and we're currently being robbed of having European aspirations.

They’re not lost points, it’s a deduction, lost points to me means we didn’t get a win or draw. Still fucks me off though, plus all the crap about it’s been good for us.

It’s seems strange to me that when things are going relatively well football wise it goes quite quiet on here, that could be because we feel in much happier place and post a lot more when things aren’t going as well and we’ve got something to kick off about. I don’t know why I wrote this but hopefully it will give some something to kick off about and wake this place up a bit

The last thing we need next season is European football. We need to walk before we can run, and right now we need stability before all else. Our squad is quite thin, certainly not as extensive as would be needed to play a couple of games every week. Remember when Roberto got us into Europe two seasons running? It was asking too much, crippled our squad, and started the decline. If the points deduction prevents us from getting into Europe, then it will have had a silver lining.
