I’m going to miss this one I’ll be sat on a plane heading to Malaga with 6 Arsenal fans and 1 Chelsea fan for a weeks golf ⛳️ in Marbella.

If you score a hole-in-one albatross on a 400-yard par 4 dog-leg tomorrow, the story you will tell 20 years from now will still be how you missed the famous 2024 Goodison derby.

  2. Not sure how I feel about that. He still has 2 years to go and while he's been fantastic so far this season, there are many examples of players being rewarded with a new contract following a brief purple patch only for their form to then drop back off. I'd rather they started thinking about this at least midway through the season, not after 7 games.

I'm not 'mocking' in any way the religion discussion but when I saw all the new posts, having been away for a while, I thought maybe we had some major Gana news. Instead I'm reading the transcript of a Richard Dawkins-Archbishop of Canterbury debate.

My own religious and moral worldview, for what it's worth, stems from that great spiritual leader, Mr George Carlin:

    1. Thou shalt always be honest and faithful to the provider of thy nookie.
    2. Thou shalt try real hard not to kill anyone.
    3. Thou shalt keep thy religion to thyself.

    Anyway, has Gana signed?

  4. As awful, miserable and stressful as this season has been, it's still delivered 3 of the greatest moments I can remember as an Everton fan (and I was there at Wembley when Paul Rideout headed in to win the 1995 FA Cup). The Arsenal result, the Man United result, and yesterday's Chelsea result. There's still the Everton spirit in the club and I honestly think we're going to avoid relegation and go on to better things next season.

At JFK now boarding the plane. Win lose draw, relegation, no relegation. I know everyone on here lives and breathes this club, but I hope none of us lose sight of how special we are. The fans. We are the club. And no matter what happens we will support our blues til the day we die. Up the fucking toffees. Can’t wait to be in the Gwladys Saturday afternoon. COYB.

What an occasion yesterday must have been for you. So happy you were able to experience it.
