MC11
*Alexandre Pato* http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/everton-fc-transfer-gossip-alexandre-8510089 If he's injury prone - no thanks. Don't want a other Traore. Edited January 24, 2015 by MC11
EFC-Paul
There's a name that dropped off the radar! Not sure what injury problems he's had in all honesty but if he could be managed right and stay fit he'd be a handy player to have going off what I remember before he scampered off to Brazil Edited January 24, 2015 by EFC-Paul
Btay
If he's been fit for a while then worth a gamble... Look at bojan at Stoke for instance
Matt
Was supposed to be the next big thing, wasn't he?
Guest rusty747
I'd take almost anyone at the moment - just to freshen things up a bit. Loan to the end of the season with option to buy = nothing to lose?

Toffee_in_LA
Mixed feeling about Pato, his injury history is something we don't need in the club but in his hayday (granted like 5 years ago), he was great for Brazil. His size also doesn't help the situation. Love him but don't see him fitting in here
Peter H
Etoo was a miss, why bring in another big name past his prime? He is another Vellios, dated the club owners daughter and part of why Milan sold Ibra. "Daddy please play Alexander more, I love him"

Romey 1878
Gibson is going to be great at speaking Spanish/Brazilian by the time Pato's time at Everton ends .
marcopaulo
Don't they speak Portuguese in Brazil?

Matt
He was supposed to be the next big thing, wasn't he? 25 though with lots of injuries and never quite realised his potential. Depends on the fee for me.

MC11
If he could stay fit he's a world class operator and exactly the type of player we need. Unfortunately he doesn't seem to be able to.
pete0
Worth a loan, get rid of the injuries and he's a world class player.
gethinO
Pato or Kone? Pato or Kone? Pato or Kone? Pato or Kone? Pate or Kone? Hmmmm..... Edit: just noticed the typo but i'm not gonna correct it as I'd still rather have a piece of pate as a back up to Lukaku over Kone.... Edit: just noticed the typo but i'm not gonna correct it as I'd still rather have a piece of pate as a back up to Lukaku over Kone.... well the wiki quote about him A quick, agile, and creative forward, with excellent technical ability, and an eye for goal doesn't sound like a suitable replacement for Kone, everything he's not? I think it's agent talk he still score 1 in every two games this year in Brazil so probably still has something to give, would be worth a loan or short term deal. Romey 1878
I know he's never reached his potential, but imagine we sign Pato!! Haha Hopefully it'd go a bit better than when we signed Eto'o, who had the same things said about him (imagine saying Everton sign him). markjazzbassist
Lowensda
Hopefully it'd go a bit better than when we signed Eto'o, who had the same things said about him (imagine saying Everton sign him). All dependent on actual transfer activity. Imagine 4 years ago suggesting we'd be signing Lukaku, Deulofeu, Shaqiri and Pato. I'd have laughed in your face.
