JoeQuince
That was not very good from Mori. Luckily, it didn't matter. Still had a solid game.

barryj
Will Martinez get any credit for this Everton performance? i hope so - he did a few things right today He will from me. Everyone knocking Howard but has leaving Stones out made the difference? Gwlad

jofanon
Worst I've seen Stoke in a while but credit to the boys. Excellent and another clean sheet

Hafnia
Shite that Kone. You did nothing wrong in your 20 minutes, actually very good, but.... Sorry mate, just shite, because. Great 3 points that boys. So many good performances. Lennon for me was MOTM.

johnh
Liverpool lost a 2 - 0 lead at home to relegation threatened Sunderland. You have to laugh.
Blue 250
Clean sheets, penalties, goals from corners, workman like defence........wins! Stoke were poor, there was only one team in it today, well played lads. Martinez, keep doing what your doing.
Sideliner
We looked organized today and scored a great win but we are still not firing on all cylinders - but we are improving - to me that is all that matters - i still miss my 2 favorite players Deulefeu and Mirallas though

JoeQuince
Has Oviedo done enouhgh to keep baines out? If tim is benched shouldnt baines also keep sitting? Tim is injured. Not benched. I'm assuming Baines has a slight niggle, too. I love Oviedo, but no. Today, he was on another level, though!
Elston Gunnn
Stay 7th so long as Southampton don't win. I asked for a miracle Sunderland draw several pages ago. That was a miracle.
nogs
Couldn't watch it but made up with the win, can't wait for MOTD! That was a bigger win for me than Newcastle, suddenly we look like we have momentum and the table looks much better. Funny what losing a rank out of form goalkeeper and central defender does to a football team eh? Shame it took injury for Martinez to act... but hats off to him for sticking with Lennon, turned our season around again! BTW, on going above the Shite, my dad (a huge red) has just text me saying he wants Klopp tried for war crimes, proper tickled me! And we think we're harsh on our boss, Klopp's getting his appendix out ffs!
chicagoblue
Should have been 8-
milesey05
Well I thought we got lucky today. Bad tactics again from Roberto. Yes I know I am taking the piss. Well done Roberto spot on today...........long may it continue. I think that selling Stones for top dollar will not make too much of a difference on today's performance. Romey 1878
We were in total control in that second half. 7 or 8 nil really wouldn't have flattered us. Matt and Kant
Keith B
Roberto should go dancing every week. Kant, Romey 1878 and Matt
Finn balor
Makes you think if Roberto may have had the injuries to Howard earlier on in the season the table would have looked a lot different. Confidence is the key and maybe the hurt from the semi loss has lit a fire. If Southampton win tonight won't be a bad thing because it will bring West Ham closer. Let's go on a five match winning spree then see where we are
Matt
http://www.evertonfc.com/news/2016/02/06/robertos-reaction Asked if he had contemplated honouring the supporters’ request, Martinez joked: “I thought about it to be honest, but it would have been difficult to beat the moves we had on the pitch today. “I thought Cleverley, Barkley and Lukaku had the best moves of the game and I’m going to keep my big moves for a better occasion." Saints one up but down to ten men.

Hafnia
We do have Jags back, usless as he is......is he making any difference? He's a quality defender. Absolutely no question. Love watching him and funes mori. Stones needs to get back to being an Everton player if he wants to get back in.
MikeO
Two monkey's off our back today if I'm right, first consecutive wins and first win against a top half team. Top five/six in sight with a superior goal difference having thrown so many points away; what might have been eh? Strong finish, keep the squad together and next season could be really special I think.
