I recall conversations more being that we needed to indulge the luxury player that is Demarai Gray….. who despite my misgivings on the managers team selection and propensity for favourites had my full backing in fucking him off. iwobi wasn’t a bad lad for us, I just watched Eze yesterday and thought iwobi had that potential for us. We’ve battered them twice and ended up with no points and out of the cup. They’re poor… then they go and win 5-0 back to back!!! I think Paulinha could be off in Jan or at least more focused elsewhere for the summer - I don’t see them gaining many points over the season.
