He's more suited to the PL than La Liga, and if they get in a proper striker (Costa apparently) he should be able to provide plenty of service/through balls. Chelsea don't play possession football so their more direct style will suit him. I don't buy into the Cesc hype really, but he's still a very good player who's capable of changing a game with one pass. I think he'll link up well with Hazard and Oscar particularly.
